Position Summary
Level: Consultant
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients.
- Deploy and configure Nexthink software for organizations.
- Identify key business use cases where Nexthink can bring value by analyzing pain points and objectives.
- Implement relevant use cases by configuring Nexthink to address specific organizational challenges, improving employee experience and IT performance.
- Integrate Nexthink with existing IT systems and infrastructure.
- Customize dashboards, reports, and solutions to meet specific business needs.
- Analyze data from Nexthink to generate insights into IT performance and user experience.
- Create detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Monitor Nexthink’s performance and troubleshoot any technical issues.
- Optimize system configurations to improve performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with IT teams, end-users, and other business units to ensure seamless integration.
- Provide training and support to users on Nexthink usage.
- Create and maintain documentation for Nexthink deployment and usage.
- Stay updated on new features and best practices related to Nexthink.
- Identify and mitigate risks during the implementation process.
- Ensure adherence to best practices throughout the Nexthink implementation and usage.
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of IT infrastructure and service management.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, digital employee experience, and service management.
- Proficiency in Nexthink software and data analysis.
- Experience in configuring dashboards, reports, and custom solutions.
- Troubleshooting and optimization skills for IT systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Experience in project management and handling client requirements.
- Familiarity with ITSM processes (incident, change, and problem management).
