Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
- Develop CI/CD pipelines through Azure DevOps and administer DevOps tools.
- Build and operate the client infrastructure on Microsoft Azure.
- Build and operate automations through IaC.
- Implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for applications across development, testing, and production environments.
- Implement monitoring and logging for infrastructure and applications.
- Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to establish best practices for software development, build, deployment, and infrastructure management.
- Automate tasks related to IAM, monitoring, backup, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
- Documentation, weekly/bi-weekly deck preparation, KB article updates.
- Train and knowledge transfer to junior resources.
- Handover and on-call support during weekends on a rotational basis.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Git, JIRA, JFrog, etc.
- Understanding of 2-tier, 3-tier, or multi-tier architecture.
- Experience on Azure DevOps.
- Understanding of Agile methodology.
- Experience on Git branching strategy.
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Azure Monitor, DataDog, Dynatrace.
- Experience with PowerShell, Shell, and Python.
- Associate/Professional level certification on Azure fundamentals, architecture, and DevOps.
- ITIL Foundational certification.
- Certification on Terraform or Kubernetes.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt and apply innovation across various business domains and apply technical solutions and learnings across different industries.
- Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office tools.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Understanding of container technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Understanding of application and other infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Understanding of end-to-end infrastructure landscape.
- Experience with virtualization platforms.
- Knowledge of Chef, Puppet, Bamboo, Concourse, etc.
- Knowledge of Microservices, DataLake, Machine Learning, etc.
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
