Position Summary

Level: Analyst or equivalent

As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.

Work you’ll do:

  • Leverage proficiency in adjacent technologies beyond core skills to enhance project outcomes.
  • Proactively identify and communicate issues or risks to team leads, and complete assigned technology learning on schedule.
  • Quickly adapt to project-specific tools and gain understanding of client business processes or industry fundamentals.
  • Support process improvements, automation, and innovation while maintaining up-to-date project documentation.
  • Contribute to tracking delivery metrics and lead knowledge-sharing sessions on processes and technology trends.
  • Participate in team building, defect management, and compliance activities.
  • Demonstrate ownership of deliverables and actively engage in ideation and development of tools, accelerators, and innovative solutions.

At Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, we deliver solutions spanning Hybrid Cloud, Advanced Connectivity, AI Data Centers, High-Performance Computing, and AI Infrastructure to help clients achieve their desired outcomes. Our offerings include engineered transformation services for hybrid cloud infrastructure and platforms, prioritizing resiliency, optimization, and extensive automation. We integrate advanced connectivity with AI infrastructure and enterprise networks to boost operational efficiency and enable real-time data processing. Additionally, we provide comprehensive management of all facets of operations for hybrid cloud infrastructure and field operations.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in developing with Nexthink—including building dashboards, investigations, and reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Nexthink query language for creating custom investigations and analytics.
  • Experience developing and deploying Nexthink remote actions, scripts, or extensions (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting languages).
  • Solid understanding of endpoint analytics, digital employee experience monitoring, and IT operations.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical Nexthink solutions (custom dashboards, metrics, and alerts).
  • Proficiency with data integration and managing data feeds between Nexthink and other IT systems or databases.
  • Familiarity with version control and best practices for releasing and maintaining Nexthink content (packs, scripts, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret large volumes of digital experience data.
  • Effective communication and documentation skills to collaborate with IT teams and present technical concepts to stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • Experience integrating Nexthink with ServiceNow, Jira, or other ITSM and workflow tools.
  • Background in enterprise-scale Nexthink deployments, including performance tuning and customization.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs or other integration methods for connecting Nexthink to third-party systems.
  • Official Nexthink certifications or completion of advanced Nexthink training modules.
  • Ability to design automation solutions using Nexthink’s platform features.
  • Understanding of other digital experience or endpoint analytics tools.
  • Agile or DevOps experience relating to solution development and deployment.
  • Previous experience supporting user adoption and change management for IT analytics solutions.

Education

  • BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
