Position Summary

Level: Analyst

As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.

Work you’ll do

Leverage proficiency in adjacent technologies beyond core skills to enhance project outcomes. Proactively identify and communicate issues or risks to team leads, and complete assigned technology learning on schedule. Quickly adapt to project-specific tools and gain understanding of client business processes or industry fundamentals. Support process improvements, automation, and innovation while maintaining up-to-date project documentation. Contribute to tracking delivery metrics and lead knowledge-sharing sessions on processes and technology trends. Participate in team building, defect management, and compliance activities. Demonstrate ownership of deliverables and actively engage in ideation and development of tools, accelerators, and innovative solutions.

Our offerings include engineered transformation services for hybrid cloud infrastructure and platforms, prioritizing resiliency, optimization, and extensive automation. We integrate advanced connectivity with AI infrastructure and enterprise networks to boost operational efficiency and enable real-time data processing. Additionally, we provide comprehensive management of all facets of operations for hybrid cloud infrastructure and field operations.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications

2–3 years of hands-on experience administering Jira and Bitbucket (Cloud or Data Center/Server).
Expertise in Jira administration: workflow schemes, permissions, custom fields, screens, project configurations, and automation rules.
Bitbucket administration skills: repository management, access control, branch policies, and project/user permissions.
User and group management (including SSO/Active Directory integration).
Troubleshooting and support for Jira and Bitbucket issues.
Upgrades, maintenance, and backup procedures for Jira and Bitbucket.
Basic understanding of Atlassian REST APIs for scripting, integrations, or automation.
Ability to support, train, and document for end users.
Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Good to Have Skills / Project Experience / Certifications

Experience with additional Atlassian tools: Confluence, Bamboo, Crowd, Opsgenie, etc.
Scripting (Groovy, Shell, Python), especially for automation/customization in Jira or Bitbucket.
Jira/Bitbucket migrations (Data Center ↔ Cloud).
Integrating Atlassian tools with DevOps/CI platforms.
Atlassian Marketplace app management (installing/configuring apps).
Atlassian certifications.
Exposure to Agile, ITIL, or DevOps practices using Jira/Bitbucket.
Security configuration and compliance for Atlassian products.
Experience scaling Atlassian environments for enterprise teams.
Participation in Atlassian communities or contribution to open source projects.

Education

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
