Position Summary
Level: Senior Manager (Managed Services)
As a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will play the role of for managing large complex managed services engagements that includes the A-Z of delivering support engagements, including but not limited to, quality management, risk mitigation, disruptive innovations, service excellence, project onboarding, day-to-day operations, incident and change management, meeting contractual SLAs, and continuous operational improvement. A process driven mindset focused on client satisfaction and continuous optimization. You will lead and guide multidisciplinary, global teams and serve as a senior mentor to managers and junior staff. You will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align solution strategies with business goals, contribute to sales and proposal development, and ensure rigorous management of end-to-end project delivery, including scoping, estimation, and executive reporting for successful project outcomes.
Work you’ll do:
As a Senior Manager, you will collaborate with client and internal leadership to shape solution strategies that align with key business objectives. You will provide expert oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle— to ensure incidents, problems, and change requests are managed and escalated as required to ensure high quality delivery and adherence to the related SLAs and contractual obligations.In this role, you will manage multidisciplinary teams, coach and mentor talent, and oversee project progress through executive status reporting and risk mitigation. Additionally, you will support business development efforts by contributing to proposals, providing solution insights, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 15+ years overall software engineering experience, including delivery leadership in large-scale managed services engagements.
- Deep experience and working knowledge of with ITIL service management processes, and ITIL certification, is a plus . Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Deep technical background: experience in Custom technologies like Java, Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Led complex managed servcies engagements (multi-team, multi-vendor), owning scope, plan, RAID, budgets, and executive stakeholder management.
- AI adoption in managed servcies: implementing GenAI in support processes like preventive/predictive maintenance with measurable outcomes and governance.
- Modern delivery & governance: Agile/SAFe delivery leadership, strong quality engineering, release management, change management, and risk/compliance awareness (auditability, SDLC controls).
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Deep knowledge of industry business use cases from certain sector or sub sectors
- Proven track record in mentoring senior teams and driving technical excellence across large-scale programs
