Position Summary

Level: Manager

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.

Work you’ll do:

Collaborate with the functional team and client to thoroughly understand business requirements. Oversee technical delivery by providing architectural and implementation recommendations. Lead documentation efforts, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices. Direct the design and development of solutions, ensuring timely delivery according to project plans. Work closely with project leadership to identify and escalate potential risks and prepare status reports. Mentor junior team members and facilitate communication between various teams within the engagement. Respond to proposals by providing accurate estimations and technical input, supporting the overall success and alignment of project objectives with client needs.

AI & Data offers a full spectrum of solutions for designing, developing, and operating cutting-edge Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. Our offering helps clients innovate, and enhance their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can mature and scale effectively.

AI & Data professionals will work with our clients to:

Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing
Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
8 - 14 years of hands-on experience in life sciences commercial operations, with hands-on experience in territory planning, roster management, and/or sales force effectiveness.
Solid understanding of AI/ML techniques and their application to commercial operations.
Demonstrated ability to manage projects, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in life sciences, including data privacy and security.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
Experience building and maintaining client relationships.
Proactive and collaborative, with a commitment to practice growth and innovation.
Project Delivery & Solution Implementation:
Manage and execute the design and implementation of AI/ML models and analytics solutions in at least one or more of below given areas:
Territory design and planning, roster management, and alignment.
Dynamic targeting, Segmentation, Call Planning, Brand planning, and Business Intelligence.
Incentive compensation, quota setting, incentive design, and target setting.
Ensure solutions are effective, scalable, and address client needs.
Team Collaboration & Practice Development:
Work closely with consultants, data scientists, and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
