AI & Data Engineering

The AI & DE team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science, and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the offering portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets. 


AI & Data will work with our clients to:


- Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms

- Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions

- Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements


Scrum Master – Consultant 

 

The position is suited for individuals who can work in a constantly challenging environment and deliver effectively and efficiently. The individual will need to be adaptive and able to react quickly to changing business needs.  

 

Work you’ll do 

Understand the business of the client and their key business issues

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and keep them productive and timeboxed

Guide the team through backlog refinement and iteration planning, incorporating stakeholder feedback

Identify and remove obstacles to maintain smooth team workflow

Use agile metrics to help the team communicate and visualize progress

Escalate and address risks or blockers, shielding the team from distractions

Coach the team in agile principles and foster continuous improvement

Build trust and encourage collaboration with stakeholders, product teams, and vendors

Ensure accuracy and quality of team artefacts and documentation

Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly to various audiences

Collaborate with other business functions to align on goals and strategies



Qualifications Required: 


Education: Bachelors/master’s degree in computer science / MCA / M.Sc / MBA 

3–6 years of experience as a Scrum Master leading Data Management project implementation.

Used Jira and Agile tools for tracking and reporting

Communicated effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

Resolved conflicts and supported team problem-solving

Organized and prioritized tasks to meet project goals

Served as a Scrum Master with hands-on Agile experience

Demonstrated expertise in Scrum and Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)

Experience working in onshore/offshore delivery models

Participated in client meetings and interactions

Strong communication skills, effective with diverse teams and stakeholders

Excellent analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving
