Strategy   

Our Strategy practice brings together several key capabilities that will allow us to architect integrated programs that transform our clients’ businesses, including Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Technology Strategy & Insights, Enterprise Model Design, Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Business Transformation.  

Strategy professionals will serve as trusted advisors to our clients, working with them to make clear data-driven choices about where to play and how to win, in order to drive growth and enterprise value.  

Strategy will help our clients:  

  • Identify strategies for growth and value creation  

  • Develop the appropriate business models, operating models, and capabilities to support their strategic vision  

  • Maximize the ROI on technology investments and leverage technology and Cloud trends to architect future business strategies  

AI & Data

The AI & Data team leverages the power of data, analytics, robotics, science and cognitive technologies to uncover hidden relationships from vast troves of data, generate insights, and inform decision-making. Together with the Strategy practice, our Strategy & Analytics portfolio helps clients transform their business by architecting organizational intelligence programs and differentiated strategies to win in their chosen markets. 

 

AI & Data will work with our clients to: 

 

- Implement large-scale data ecosystems including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud-based platforms 

- Leverage automation, cognitive and science-based techniques to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions 

- Drive operational efficiency by maintaining their data ecosystems, sourcing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service offerings for continuous insights and improvements 

  

  

MS Azure Cloud Consultant  

  

As an Azure Consultant, you will work with technical teams and projects to deliver cutting edge solutions on cloud platforms for some of our Fortune 1000 clients. You will have the opportunity to contribute to work that may involve building new cloud solutions, migrating an application to co-exist in the hybrid cloud, deploying a global cloud application across multiple countries. Our teams of technologists have a diverse range of skills and we are always looking for new ways to innovate and help our clients succeed.  

  

Work you’ll do   

  • Contribute to architecture and configuration management boards to ensure solutions are aligned with architecture and business objectives  

  • Develop solutions for AZURE cloud service standup, burn-in and sustainment activities Work closely with the engineering team to implement solutions to cloud and data services requirements  

  • Configure the appropriate VMs, storage and network in Azure to support the customer workloads moving to Azure.   

  • Develop and implement monitoring, backup and archival solutions in Azure to support customer requirements.   

  • Implement CI/CD based application development methodology using tools like Jenkins/TFS/power shell etc.   

  • Troubleshoot and identify performance, connectivity and other issues for the applications hosted in Azure platform.   

  • Implement solutions using Azure PaaS features like web jobs, cloud services, Azure SQL Server, service bus, notification hubs etc.   

  • Configure large database solutions in Azure using SQL Server or Oracle database solutions.   

  • Manage data synchronization with source data  

  • Produce high-quality code resulting from knowledge of the latest frameworks, code peer review, and automated unit test scripts  

  • Collaborate with other developers and team members  

  • Participate in product design meetings, daily standups, backlog grooming  

  • Develop and document unit tests  

  • Document all processes and procedures in assigned areas of responsibility  

  • Perform other duties as assigned  

  • Participate on a Scrum team, including all Agile and Scrum related activities  

  

Qualifications   

  

Required:   

  

  • 3-6 years of experience in implementation, maintenance and/or support of highly distributed applications   

  • 2+ years of experience with SQL Server and stored procedures  

  • Experience working with data toolsets, including data warehouse, data marts, data lake, 3NF, and dimensional models, modeling tools, and profiling tools  

  • Experience with extracting and summarizing data from a variety of data source types  

  • Hands on experience with Microsoft Azure and understanding of Azure platform  

  • Experience in migrating physical or virtualized workloads to the cloud.  

  • Understanding of infrastructure and experience in developing cloud solutions.  

  • Working experience in Azure IaaS, PaaS, storage, network and database.   

  • Understanding of security requirements for cloud.   

  • Experience in migrating large on-premise workloads (windows and non-windows) to Azure.   

  • Experience in using agile methodologies in implementing Azure solutions.   

  • Hands-on experience with Tools for system management, monitoring, automation, and agile development  

  • Experience with Microsoft platform/development technologies: .NET, SQL Server, Azure and related tools is a plus.  

  • Experience with SDLC methodologies and design/architecture aspects of project delivery.
