Position Summary

Level: Consultant

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

Apply industry knowledge to requirements gathering and analysis, ensuring alignment with sector needs. Demonstrate expertise across the entire software development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and defect resolution, collaborating with stakeholders for effective delivery. Conduct peer and team reviews to maintain quality standards. Actively engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and effort estimation. Build and share business process knowledge, supporting project knowledge management and team training. Proactively recommend process improvements, track efficiency gains, and contribute to automation and innovation, all aimed at enhancing project outcomes and delivering greater value to clients.

AI & Data professionals will work with our clients to:

Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing
Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

3-6 Years of technology Consulting experience
A minimum of 1 Years of experience in designing and developing automation solutions on Automation Anywhere v11.x or vA360.
A minimum of 6 months of experience in developing bots on A360 platform
A minimum of 1 Year of experience providing maintenance and production support to automat ions.
Should have experience in migration of bots from v11.x to A360.
Should have real time implementation experience in developing and supporting IQ Bot.
Should be well versed with Control room activities like user creation, credential, and locker creation, creating bot triggers/schedules.
Should be able to solve technical issues related to RPA platform on VM environment.
Should be flexible in providing monitoring support to production automations 16x5 IST on rotation basis
Ability to translate business requirements and technical requirements into technical design
Good understanding of Process design documents
Should have strong working knowledge of scripting language like VB, JavaScript.
Basic knowledge and hands-on experience of SQL
Identify and tune the performance of existing bots
Should have strong experience in integrating the RPA tool with external applications using DLLs or other APIs as required
Provide resolution of complex issues and challenges experienced by RPA automations in quick turnaround time
Provide bot monitoring support and troubleshoot the basic network, application and access issues on Level 1 and Level 2 basis and determine the root cause of incidents (configuration vs. defect)
Support existing processes and deployment of change requirements as part of a structured change control process
Support bot migration activities and platform upgrades
Design and develop robotic components including process flows, control objects, exception handling, notifications etc.
Create/update PDD/SDD/TDD, Operating manuals, Release notes, Bot BUDs and supporting documents as required
Reports status, issues, and risks to team leader/client on a regular basis
Proactive identification of scenarios in code for possible major incidents
On time quality delivery for assigned activities as per defined SLA
Participate in automation delivery performance reviews with relevant internal stakeholders & business teams
Support automation monitoring in a shift pattern/on-call rotation providing covering 16X5 IST
Must have experience in implementing or supporting 3-4 end to end RPA projects

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

Exposure in working with Bot Insight
Good business communication skills & client facing skills
Should have strong problem solving and analytical capabilities
Should have understanding and experience of software development best practices.
Good knowledge in Dot Net or Java or Python
Working knowledge of Relational Database (MS SQL/ Oracle DB)
Prior knowledge of industry leading RPA tools.
Should have experience working in onshore/offshore delivery model.
Should be self-starter in solution implementation with inputs from design documents

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
