Position Summary

Level: Analyst

As an experienced Analyst at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines.

Work you’ll do:

Leverage proficiency in technologies beyond core skills to enhance project outcomes. Proactively identify and communicate issues or risks to team leads, and complete assigned technology learning on schedule. Quickly adapt to project-specific tools and gain understanding of client business processes or industry fundamentals. Support process improvements, automation, and innovation while maintaining up-to-date project documentation. Contribute to tracking delivery metrics and lead knowledge-sharing sessions on processes and technology trends. Participate in team building, defect management, and compliance activities. Demonstrate ownership of deliverables and actively engage in ideation and development of tools, accelerators, and innovative solutions.

AI & Data offers a full spectrum of solutions for designing, developing, and operating cutting-edge Data and AI platforms, products, insights, and services. Our offering helps clients innovate, and enhance their data, AI, and analytics capabilities, ensuring they can mature and scale effectively.

AI & Data professionals will work with our clients to:

• Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing

• Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions

• Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 2+ years of experience in life sciences commercial operations, with hands-on experience in territory planning, roster management, and/or sales force effectiveness.

• Should have solid understanding of AI/ML techniques and their application to commercial operations.

• Should have experience in dynamic targeting, Segmentation, Call Planning, Brand planning, and Business Intelligence.

• Should have experience in incentive compensation, quota setting, incentive design, and target setting.

• Should be able to do Sales Forecasting

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance considerations in life sciences, including data privacy and security.

• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive and collaborative, with go getter attitude

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

• Bachelors degree (CS, IT) , Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) in a relevant field (life sciences, engineering, data science, business) is good to have.
