Key responsibilities will be: -
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and document tax requirements and assess automation feasibility.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work directly with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Solution Design, Development: Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions utilizing UiPath Platform (Primarily), Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate Cloud and Desktop) and Python.
- Custom Development: Create custom activities using VB .Net/C#.
- System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of RPA solutions with existing systems to facilitate consistent data flow.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and improve existing automation processes for enhanced efficiency and alignment with changing business needs.
- Project Delivery: Innovatively and collaboratively manage projects, escalate issues appropriately, and achieve business objectives efficiently.
- Training and Support: Provide necessary training and support to end-users and team members to ensure smooth adoption of automated processes.
- Automation Maintenance: Maintain an automated delivery/deployment model using a DevOps pipeline to enable continuous updates and release cycles.
The Team
The DET group is focused on delivering differentiated service offerings through the use of new technologies such as Data Wrangling, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence (BI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and Machine Learning. This group enables the Indirect Tax practice to drive profitability and growth, through application of emerging and existing technologies and enhanced utilization of Tax tools and software. We support Indirect tax teams by assessing and addressing their data and technology challenges on client engagements, internal processes and data intensive projects to help achieve efficiencies, win clients and create differentiated services. With the exponential growth of accessible data, there is an increasing need to bring data and technology capabilities to help address client needs and support Deloitte indirect Tax engagements and solutions.
Qualification and Experience Required –
ü Full time Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) or equivalent degree in Computer Science
ü UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) [not the UiPath academy diploma], UiPath Agentic Automation
ü Power Automate RPA Developer Associate [PL-500]
ü Solid coding skills with Python [Browser Automation Using Selenium, browser API automation]
ü Minimum 3 years of experience in UiPath (with good knowledge on Agentic Automation), Power Automate, Python, SQL
ü Knowledge of Git, Postman
ü Understanding of API features
ü Strong knowledge on Relational and document-oriented databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Mongo DB etc.)
ü Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
ü Aggressively learn new technologies through self-study and work to develop prototypes and solve technical problems
ü Ability to perform data intensive tasks and be skilled to organize the data for reporting requirements – Tax Data Management
ü Effective communication with strong relationship management skills
ü Team player, adhering to the timelines for finishing deliverables
ü Relentless focus on quality of work products while adhering to completing deliverables on time
Preferred:
ü Strong experience in building workflows to perform UI & API level automation
ü Strong experience in data extraction from various ERP systems using UiPath/Power Automate.
ü Experience with accessing data from a variety of data sources, such as RDBMS/SQL, NOSQL, OLAP, flat files and logs
ü Proficiency in writing SQL queries and Python scripts
ü Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence including UiPath Agentic Automation, experience to drive business insights and support data-driven decisions are an added advantage
ü Experience on Cloud Technologies
ü Experience with Azure SQL Database [Table Storage]
