Work you’ll do:
- Deliver strategic communications for the Sales Center of Excellence teams, including Sales Research, Sales Operations, and Sales Incentives, translating complex goals into clear, creative messaging
- Develop and curate engaging content—email campaigns, intranet content, presentations, videos, and more
- Lead campaign, event planning and execution, using digital tools to amplify business priorities
- Collaborate closely with global stakeholders to drive consistency and impact
- Analyze results and continuously improve communications for greater engagement
The broader team
USI Communications is a team of professionals who specialize in internal & external communications and Communication Technology. The team reinforces the culture and brand of Deloitte internally and monitors our external reputation – intervening where necessary. They also play the role of a strategic and trusted business advisor for leaders and ensure that professionals are equipped with the right information in a timely manner to excel at work and enjoy well-being. Other priorities include creating an open and transparent environment for leadership communication and leveraging internal channels creatively, effectively disseminating information and measuring the impact of communications.
Qualifications Required:
- Post-graduate/graduate in Communications, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, or English preferred
- 6–8 years’ experience with proven results in high-impact communication roles (preferably for large/global organizations)
- Exceptional writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills with a knack for pulse-quick content development
- Strong project management and stakeholder partnership experience; confidence engaging with all organizational levels
- Analytical and listening abilities; adept at integrating feedback and shaping messages to achieve clarity and context
- Flexible, responsive, and proactive—a natural collaborator who values teamwork and creative problem-solving
- Experience publishing or managing corporate social media is a plus
- Prior exposure to complex, global communication projects preferred
This role will be based out of Hyderabad.
Work Timings: 11 AM - 8 PM
