Senior Analyst – DR&I – CoRe Digital | Data | Analytics | Innovation – Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Our team provides accurate, timely and consistent reporting and insights to the Firm’s leaders which is an essential element of executing the Firm’s strategy.

Work you’ll do

·       Design, Create, and Implement database systems/ data marts-based user requirements.

·       Execute the entire project life cycle from Analysis, Development, Testing, Production and end user support

·       Executing and monitoring of Daily, Weekly, Periodically and Quarterly processes with 100% accuracy

·       Analyze, debug, and optimize existing stored procedures and views

·       Create, schedule and monitor SQL jobs

·       Proficient in writing, executing, troubleshooting, and tuning SQL, SSIS and ADF.

·       Troubleshooting existing Azure Pipelines

·       Should be able to design interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau/ Power BI/ Other reporting tools based on report design specifications provided

·       Ensure to deliver high quality deliverables

·       Provide documentation and post implementation support for the delivered solutions and tools

·       Understand the customer requirement well and provide status update to project leads on calls and emails efficiently

·       Proactively prioritize activities, handle tasks and deliver quality solutions on time

·       Continuously improves skills in this space by completing certification and recommended training

·       Should be expert designing data warehousing and business intelligence concepts/tools.

·       Hands-on experience working with end users to define requirements, develop prototypes, develop and test solutions.

·       Basic to intermediate implementation knowledge related to Azure Data Solutioning

·       Proficient in problem solving and interpersonal skills and analytical mindset

·       Ability to identify complex issues and develop solutions to address relevant situations

·       Flexible, accountable, ability to collaborate and work in teams

·       Should have a good understanding of Waterfall or AGILE or DevOps Methodology


Qualifications

·       Educational Qualification: 60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout without any running backlogs

o    Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in a related field required, e.g., Data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, Information Systems Bachelor’s Degree 

o    MA, MS, or MBA required

·       Experience of one or more of the following Technologies/Tools is mandatory: DBMS concepts, exposure to querying on any relational database preferably MS SQL Server, Oracle SQL, SSIS, ADF

·       Experience on Tableau or Power BI preferred

·       Experience on any of the coding language like C#. NET or VB .Net would be advantage

·       Hands on Experience on Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) is highly recommended

·       Excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)

·       Ability to chart ones’ own career and build networks within the organization

·       Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels, including virtual teams

·       Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate

·       Seek information / ideas / establish relationship with customer to assess any future opportunities

Years of Experience:

·       4-7 years of overall experience

·       At least 3 years of experience in data base development. ETL (ADF)  and Reporting

Location: Hyderabad

Work timings: APAC/US/UK (2 PM – 11 PM IST)
