Role and responsibilities: As a part of this team, you will be involved with:
• Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations of the customer service channel, ensuring efficient management of tasks and routines. This includes supervising the daily DFlowTeams space provisioning activites and related support activites.
• Client Issue Resolution: Monitor the support tracker, demonstrating quick and effective responses to client issues and tickets. Execute quality checks on process-related tasks, provisioning, and updates made on customer facing portal, ensuring high-quality client experiences.
• Process Enhancement and Documentation: Identify opportunities for process improvements, maintaining up-to-date documentation of existing procedures. Adhere to established document workflow standards for content publication and processing within the customer facing portal.
• Data-driven Insights: Create, enhance, and maintain reporting methodologies that elevate operational efficiency and productivity. Present statistical analyses, innovative ideas, solutions, and visualizations at leadership meetings, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
• Strategic Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, leveraging exceptional communication skills. Update client facing portal content using HTML and SharePoint. Network within the firm, gathering suggestions to improve platform content and features. Utilize internal social media and collaboration tools to foster connections and facilitate knowledge sharing.
The team
DFlowTeams is a project management and collaboration tool that practitioners across Deloitte use for their project work. DFlowTeams also address a variety of business needs, including marketing and communication, knowledge management, learning and development, and overall process automation. The team uses Microsoft Teams, SharePoint (on-prem and cloud) primarily as a platform. We use various web development and automation tools/technologies (i.e., HTML, jQuery, JavaScript, REST/SOAP API (Application Programming Interfaces), JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), Nintex, Azure, Power apps/flows, and many more) within a structured delivery process to develop products that deliver significant value to our internal customers across Deloitte’s global network.
Qualifications Required
• Eligibility: Professional with 3-6 years of experience in professional service, knowledge management and content management domain.
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated track record of success in customer service and operations management, highlighting your ability to deliver exceptional service. Strong delegation and task execution skills.
• Technical Proficiency: Profound skill in HTML, SharePoint, MS Teams and reporting tools, showcasing your capability to leverage technology for efficient solutions.
• Data-Driven Analysis: Strong analytical skills focused on extracting valuable insights from data, contributing to informed decision-making. Advanced MS Excel skillset and data analytics skills.
• Presentation Materials and Storyboarding: Should be able to storyboard concepts and data into visually appealing presentation decks for end user and leadership use.
• Project Management Mastery: Effective project management skills combined with adept multitasking abilities, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Business Domain Expertise: In-depth understanding of various business domains and industry trends, providing a holistic perspective for strategic initiatives.
