The selected candidate will serve as the primary point of contact (Core Procurement) for internal clients. The Analyst should drive operational efficiency by maintaining data ecosystems, sourcing analytics and continuous insights and improvements.
Responsibilities: Serve as point of contact (CoRe Procurement) for internal clients for procurement needs and support the below categories such as.
- Technology – IT Hardware and software products and services
- Real Estate and Office Services
- Talent - Acquisition, Contingent labour, Benefits & Learning & Development
- Comprehensive and non-comprehensive AMCs – Annal maintenance contracts
- Contract/Vendor management.
- SRM’s/Internal Client management
- Experience in contracting cycle and the stages involved in a sourcing and contract renewal procurement process.
- Excellent written and spoken English language skills to enable an understanding of any contract and have an ability to negotiate details and nuances of contract language with external parties and Internal clients.
- Understand supply markets and industry trends.
- Establish and maintain analysis and tracking reports, while monitoring contract compliance and usage of specific products and services
- Provides reporting and analysis as required to contribute to leadership briefing documents, sourcing efforts and supplier relationship management.
- Negotiates pricing/contract terms and establishes supplier contracts.
- Conduct market assessments and due diligence efforts.
- Support the strategic sourcing process, including the development of proposal solicitation documents, such as Requests for Proposals (RFP), and coordination of suppliers to ensure timely performance and response.
- Must have persuasive speaking skills and strong written communications.
- Experience in working with virtual team in a highly decentralized environment.

- Understanding and documenting contract changes whilst working within a process.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills to provide explanation of contract nuances.

Required Education, Qualifications, and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Human Resources, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum 1-3 years of relevant work experience in a procurement or supply chain management role, work experience in contracts management/administration Experience in professional services environment or a financial services legal shared services team, with a strong client service orientation (whether internal or external clients)
