Assistant Manager, Canada Alliance Marketing

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for understanding the alliance marketing priorities, planning, and executing integrated marketing campaigns and events, owning specific marketing workstreams, collaborating with alliance marketing counterparts, and contributing to our overall marketing strategy.

Work you’ll do

  • Understand alliance marketing objectives and support the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including virtual and physical events
  • Facilitate the implementation of event marketing and digital marketing activities including content placement, communications, client engagement/hospitality, experiences, webinars, social media, and email campaigns
  • Advice on refining event target segments based on past event performance
  • Track and report on the latest trends around channels, content formats, and competitor activities around key issues to enhance event strategy and execution
  • Work closely with creative designers to help create visually appealing marketing assets and creatives to support client engagement through events and marketing programs
  • Ensure all marketing materials are brand compliant
  • Analyze event and campaign performance including key client engagement metrics, and provide recommendations for optimization
  • Assist with the team’s daily operations, and build strong relationships with all the stakeholders, peers and leaders
  • Drive collaboration across the marketing team by sharing best practices and identifying opportunities for cross promotion of campaigns
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training new talent

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in marketing program management including large events; Experience in alliance marketing would be a plus
  • Master’s Degree in marketing, communications, business administration or related fields. An MBA would be a plus
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to strategize and drive integrated marketing programs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Mastery level proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in managing small teams would be a plus
  • Ability to work cohesively across time zones and with global teams

Work timings: 2 PM to 11 PM IST or 11 AM to 4 PM and 7 PM to 11 PM IST
