Deloitte Canada’s Talent Services team has an exciting opportunity to join our group of professionals in a high impact team in a fast-paced environment. The Talent Services Cordinator supports the administration of Talent (Human Resources) activities for employees. In this role, you will partner with the broader Talent team to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
The key job responsibilities include the following:
US India Canada Talent Services
Understand the firm, its functions, compliances, initiatives, and most importantly the talent services needs
- Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform requests/ticket queues, including customization, and integration with other systems
- Efficiently follow the process guidelines of various sub processes to ensure optimum customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements to ensure necessary process steps are taken
- Effectively coordinate with both the onshore/offshore CA teams
- Build in the required SME skills and provide solutions to the queries of the team members
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement
- Perform other SPOC duties as assigned
Key Skills:
- Strong experience in managing and supporting the ServiceNow platform process requirements.
- Experience using an HRIS (PeopleSoft) preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment required.
- Ability to operate efficiently and effectively within a matrix, geographically dispersed organization.
- Ability to consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner.
- Computer literacy essential with intermediate Microsoft Office applications skills.
- Personal integrity when handling confidential information essential.
- Flexibility to altered hours of work to accommodate supporting people across time zones.
- MBA / HR Diploma an asset.
