Position Summary
Level: Consultant or equivalent
As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.
Work you’ll do:
In this role, you will support, troubleshoot, and resolve issues across business applications, including testing and production environments. Responsibilities include configuring, designing, testing, and analyzing solutions, as well as developing new capabilities. You’ll evaluate customer requirements, translate them into effective processes, and solve complex data and process challenges. Collaboration with global and virtual teams is key to ensuring timely project delivery. You’ll engage in hands-on configuration, functional design, testing, and technology support, while mentoring junior colleagues. Participation in project meetings, ongoing training, career development, and firm-level initiatives is expected to foster continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience on workday Financials with hands-on experience on Adaptive planning.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and budgeting tools
- Hands on experience in Developing, maintaining and enhancing financial models, reports, and dashboards within Workday Adaptive Planning.
- Should be able to with FP&A, accounting, and business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable reports and insights.
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Workday Finance knowledge across R2R/C2C modules
Education:
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
Location:
- Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
Shift Timings:
- 24*7 including night shift, as per business requirements
