Work you will do
Technology CoE is recruiting an analyst for data integrity and reporting, as part of their team that interfaces with variety of teams within the CMG group and the firm.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Management and Analysis:
•Establishing data management standards, procedures, and best practices while data cleansing, data wrangling, and data mapping•Ability to quickly analyze the data and bring meaningful insights using advanced excel or MS Access skills
Data Reporting:
•Ability to handle large datasets and present reports which is easy to comprehend the client’s requirements.•Ability to showcase data insights through pivots and visuals that can help the stakeholders in business decisions.
Data Governance:
•Identifying discrepancies in meta data and coming up with resolutions.•Ensure high data standards as per US GDPR (General Data Privacy Rules and Regulations) policy.
Data Quality and Integrity:
•Ensure utmost data quality is met while working on internal client reports as per the given schedule/turnaround time.•Ensure accuracy SLAs are constantly met and exceeded.
Data Research from various 3rd party sources:
•Source data from various third-party platforms, ensuring the relevance and reliability of the information gathered.•Develop and maintain databases, and data systems, ensuring that all data are current and accurate.•Collaborate with internal teams to understand data needs and deliver appropriate solutions.•Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and third-party data providers.•Comply with all data privacy regulations and company policies when handling third-party data.
Stakeholder Management:
•Partners with the stakeholders to ensure requirements are optimized and implemented efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with business objectives.•Ability to work across business areas to perform data sanity checks and make relevant follow-ups to update CRM database within the given SLA.
Continuous Learning and Technology Development:
•Ability to ideate and work with cross-teams to automate or streamline processes.•Continue to innovate and bring incremental process improvements wherever possible.
Skillsets required:
•Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Excel and Access).•Excellent presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills.•Logical thinking with analytical expertise.•Experience with Salesforce or any CRM tool•Basic knowledge of MSSQL.•Capable of working quickly, regularly, and independently with minimal guidance.•Ability to stay motivated while working on regular deliverables while working towards the overall business objective.•Ability to work as a team player fostering an environment of learning.
Educational requirements:
•Any Graduation Degree•Professional qualification (MBA) from a reputed institute preferred.
A successful candidate will also have the following preferred skills:
•A self-starter and strong team player with highly developed personal and professional ethics•Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements•Good behavior and attitude to work and learn new processes will cut an edge over others•Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
