Work you will do
G&P Digital is recruiting a senior analyst for data integrity and reporting to join its team, which interfaces with various teams within the G&P group and the firm.
Experience and Skills required:
•
3-4 years of experience working in Experience with Salesforce or any CRM tool.
•
Positive, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude.
•
Ability to translate business asks into technical requirements.
•
Logical thinking with analytical expertise.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
•
Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
•
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and gather requirements.
•
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•
Ability to work independently and manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.
•
Creating and maintaining an environment within the team that is amicable and collaborative.
•
Experience using market research tools like BoardEx and Hoovers and social media tools, such as LinkedIn, would be preferable.
•
Basic knowledge of MSSQL.
•
Capable of working quickly, regularly, and independently with minimal guidance.
•
Ability to stay motivated while working on regular deliverables while working toward the overall business objective
Educational requirements:
•
B. Tech/B.E.
•
Professional qualification (MBA) from a reputed institute preferred.
