Analyst – Government & Public Services (GPS) - Client Account Management (CAM) Account Excellence Services

Overview

If you would like to contribute to how Deloitte serves some of its most strategic clients in the GPS industry, this could be the role for you. The role provides an opportunity to work with and deliver critical support services to Deloitte's most important client account teams. As part of Account Excellence Services, you'll gain exposure to a variety of projects and challenges which will enrich you and provide ample opportunities to collaborate with and learn from some of the most talented professionals. Work You'll Do

As a CAM Account Excellence Services (AES) professional in the GPS industry, you will perform a host of tasks that are non-client facing but are very key to how our client account teams serve clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that critical data is entered properly into forms and applications according to written instructions
  • Using existing information to create client ready documents according to templates and outlined requirements
  • Mining data from secondary sources, and reorganizing the data in a defined format that is easily read and understood
  • Gather opportunity information from multiple resources and analyze the requirements to map our relevant capabilities. Aggregate, classify and deliver the opportunity reports to account teams and provide recommendations
  • Ability to scan through RFP/RFI/Contract documents to understand the scope of services requested in the Statement of Work
  • Work with multiple accounts to provide research and analysis support
  • Collect and distribute industry-specific news and analysis to client team on a regular basis
  • Generating simple reports and provide status updates
  • Collecting data from online resources and developing presentations
  • Creating deliverables and completing assigned tasks as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Complete assigned tasks that adhere to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and templates and are error free
  • Perform self-review check of all completed tasks before submitting for quality check
  • Own the assigned tasks to ensure they meet the quality standards of AES
  • Seek feedback from coach and quality controllers to improve output and overall performance
  • Formatting presentations using brand guidelines and instructions
  • Share knowledge with team members/peers
  • Help the team's workload by managing your tasks and supporting team members when required

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • 0-2 years of professional experience
  • MBA (full time)

Location:

  • Hyderabad

Work Timings:

  • 2 PM to 11 PM

Skills

  • Strong client and project management skills
  • Attention to detail with good client service attitude
  • Ability to follow instructions and execute without error
  • Strong understanding of client service, account management in a professional services firm
  • Strong working knowledge of pursuits, secondary research, and CRM administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and story boarding skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite – MS Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and MS Teams
  • Exhibit ability to synthesize, organize and present information in structured manner (storyboarding)
  • Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills

The Team

The GPS CAM AES team focuses on bringing efficiencies and leading practices to Deloitte's client account teams. GPS CAM AES professionals assist Deloitte's client account leaders in strengthening how we serve our most important clients. AES professionals execute internal account operations thereby enabling account leaders to focus on more strategic activities for our clients.
