Work you’ll do:
As an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Deloitte's client experience across a diverse array of digital platforms. Collaborate directly with marketing stakeholders, driving excellence in content publishing, email marketing, and channel governance. Your efforts will ensure a seamless, omni-channel experience that spans Deloitte's website, social media, email, and other digital channels. Key Job Responsibilities:
- Design, curate, and manage impactful web pages on corporate website, aligning with overarching campaign goals.
- Create and implement responsive HTML email templates, landing pages, and registration forms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
- Create, edit, publish and schedule compelling and relevant content, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and meets business objectives for multiple digital marketing channels.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to map and enhance the customer journey through various interactions within the marketing automation platform.
- Collaborate with MarTech leds and development teams to enhance user experience, reporting and personalization capabilities
- Execute email campaigns using marketing automation tools like Eloqua, Marketo, and HubSpot.
- Optimize email campaigns through A/B testing and dynamic content personalization. Ensure emails adhere to industry standards and display correctly across devices and email clients.
- Coordinate with marketers, account manager, and external vendors on the planning and execution of programmatic display ad campaigns on non-social sites.
- Lead QA best practices across projects, review team outputs, and ensure final deliverables meet quality benchmarks
- Engage in Agile practices, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, to maintain project momentum and adaptability.
- Review campaign performance reports and provide insights to optimize delivery timelines engagement metrics, and team productivity
Team Management:
- Manage recruitment, performance management, stakeholder management, and training development for the digital marketing team.
- Provide leadership communication, motivate and energize the team, and keep the team engaged on projects.
- Ensure project utilization is met and handle problem-solving and difficult conversations effectively.
- Manage ambiguity and upward management to align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate cross-team collaboration and coordination across the project cycle.
Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient with design and web development tools such as Photoshop, Dreamweaver, HTML, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript
- Hands-on experience with digital publishing platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Eloqua, and Sprinklr.
- Strong communication skills, capable of precise interactions with clients and colleagues across all organizational levels.
- Strong customer-centric focus with an emphasis on effective client service attitude.
- Keen attention to detail, ensuring precision in all tasks undertaken.
- Maintain a positive and collaborative team presence, fostering constructive interactions.
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Practical experience with Agile methodologies, highlighting adaptive planning, iterative development, and team collaboration.
- Strong team management, upward management, problem-solving, and handling difficult conversations.
- Experience working in agency marketing would be a plus.
- Experience in identifying process improvement opportunities, reducing production time, and ensuring scalability.
Education and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6-9 years of experience in content authoring, publishing, email campaign management, or Lead Generation.

- 2.00 PM to 11 PM
- Location – Hyderabad Office
