Position Summary

Sr. Analyst – Azure DevOps Engineer- HIMS – Hybrid Infrastructure Management Services

The Hybrid Infrastructure Management Services function is accountable for system administration, Cloud Infrastructure administration, server builds, virtualized application support, user support, application support, patching, troubleshooting, break fix, automation FCR etc. This function is responsible for working with Internal clients across the firm and works closely with other ITS teams.

Work you’ll do
Our team in Hyderabad is seeking an Sr Analyst, in HIMS DevOps Team. As an Sr Analyst in this team, the individual is expected to design, build, and maintain automation solutions across enterprise IT platforms. This role is ideal for an engineer who already has hands-on automation experience and is ready to scale solutions, improve reliability, and work across multiple systems including ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

•  Develop automation solutions using Python for operational workflows and integrations.
•  Build and maintain Azure DevOps pipelines for deployment and automation execution.
•  Automate ServiceNow workflows including incident, request, and change processes.
•  Integrate automation with APIs, cloud services, and monitoring platforms.
•  Assist in designing reusable automation frameworks and libraries.
•  Support reporting automation and operational dashboards.
•  Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation solutions.
•  Document solutions and operational procedures.

 Required Experience

•  3–5 years of professional experience in automation, scripting, or platform engineering.
•  Strong hands-on experience with Python scripting and automation.
•  Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
•  Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON/YAML.
•  Exposure to ServiceNow automation or ITSM workflows.
•  Working knowledge of Azure or cloud platforms.
•  Understanding of basic IT infrastructure concepts.
 Preferred / Bonus Skills
• Azure AI services exposure or strong interest in AI automation.
• PowerShell scripting experience.
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, ARM/Bicep).
• Monitoring and observability tools experience.
• Multi-cloud exposure (AWS, GCP).
• ITIL or ServiceNow certifications.


Location: Hyderabad
Work shift Timings: 2PM-11PM IST

Qualifications
•  Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology
•  5 years’ experience in a similar role with an Enterprise organisation.

   Certifications
•  IT Certifications: ITIL V3 Foundation
•  AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional
•  Designing and Implementing Microsoft DevOps Solutions
