Position Summary

Senior Analyst - Azure DevOps Engineer - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Seeking a DevOps Engineer to build and continuously improve secure, compliant CI/CD pipelines and automation across enterprise digital products.

Work you’ll do

    As a part of this team, you will:
•   Manage and continuously evolve the ITS (Information Technology Services) DevOps Platform, leveraging Azure DevOps,
    GitHub Enterprise, and Central Delivery Platform.
•   Design, implement, and optimize automated CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) solutions for a range of
    digital assets and applications.
•   Embed DevOps best practices and robust delivery methodologies across project lifecycles by partnering with stakeholders, 
    development teams, and internal ITS groups.
•   Build secure, compliant pipeline patterns (e.g., YAML-based pipelines) that standardize delivery while improving developer 
    experience.
•   Proactively assess and refine internal delivery processes—identify automation and streamlining opportunities to accelerate 
    delivery without compromising security or compliance.
•   Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform to improve repeatability, consistency, and environment 
    governance.
•   Enable containerized build and deployment approaches using Docker and Kubernetes, supporting scalable and reliable   
    releases.
•   Adopt a security-first mindset by integrating automated security scanning and policy controls into CI/CD workflows.
•   Create and maintain scripts and automation using PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python to improve operational efficiency.
•   Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical audiences, providing guidance, updates, and recommendations to 
    stakeholders.
•   Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence, contributing as an independent practitioner and collaborative team 
    member.

Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM

Qualifications
Required:
•  3–5 years of experience in a DevOps engineering role supporting enterprise delivery teams and platforms.
•  Hands-on experience managing and implementing enterprise DevOps tooling, specifically Azure DevOps and GitHub Enterprise.
•  Strong experience designing and implementing YAML CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Enterprise.
•  Experience implementing and deploying Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
•  Strong proficiency with Git, including branching strategies and governance (e.g., PR controls, reviews, tagging, 
   release patterns).
•  Strong experience building and deploying containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
•  Security-first mindset with experience implementing automated security scanning and compliance controls in CI/CD.
•  Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS.
•  Strong scripting/automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, and/or Python.
•  Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to advise, influence, and align across teams.
•  Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence; able to work independently and 
   collaboratively in a high-performing team.

Nice to Have:

•  Experience with Argo CD (ArgoCD) and GitOps-based deployment patterns.
•  Familiarity with ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) practices across service, incident, problem, and change     management.
•  Exposure to Agile ways of working and collaboration within product delivery teams.
