Assistant Manager– CRM-Marketing Engagement Team - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
As an Assistant Manager, you would oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing automation campaigns using the Marketo platform. This role bridges strategy and operations, supporting campaign delivery, process improvement, and team development. The Assistant Manager collaborates closely with marketing stakeholders to ensure effective lead management, data integrity, and campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
- · Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Ø Supervise and mentor junior analysts and senior analysts.
- Ø Provide training on Marketo best practices and campaign execution.
- Ø Foster a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.
- Ø Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on Marketo and Salesforce best practices.
- Ø Stay current with industry trends, new technologies, and marketing automation best practices.
- Ø Assign and manage the deliverables via a project management tool to ensure workload is balanced across the team members.
- · Marketing Automation Strategy & Execution
- Ø Oversee the creation and maintenance of email templates, landing pages, forms, and workflows.
- Ø Design, build, and optimize Smart Campaigns, leveraging logic, constraints, and flow steps.
- Ø Design workflow configurations and document process flows tailored to various campaign programs in Marketo.
- Ø Understanding of dynamic content, segmentations, and scoring logic to personalize user journeys.
- Ø Manage different campaign templates on a regular basis and perform the required changes for optimizing the overall performance
- Ø Leverage Global Assets for scalable and consistent campaign execution.
- Ø Develop and analyze A/B test strategies to improve campaign performance by providing useful insights to stakeholders.
- Ø Utilize different types of tokens to streamline campaign management.
- Ø Monitor any issues for managing integrations with other platforms like LinkedIn Lead Gen, Deloitte AEM landing pages.
- Ø Manage and track Bot Activity detection & filtration across all campaigns.
- Administration and Maintenance
- Ø Determine and implement mapping processes between Marketo and CRM systems.
- Ø Utilize the Audit Trail to identify asset changes and maintain data integrity.
- Ø Manage user access by recognizing differences between users and roles.
- Ø Recommend and configure workspaces and partitions based on business requirements.
- Ø Efficiently locate and reference information within the Marketo platform.
- · Data & Performance Analysis
- Ø Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion, and ROI using Revenue Explorer reports.
- Ø Analyze data quality within the Marketo instance and recommend improvements.
- Ø Summarize and implement segmentation strategies for targeted communications.
- Ø Perform regular Data audits & take due diligence for performance optimization.
- Ø Give each potential customer a score based on their actions and information, so the sales team knows which leads are most likely to become customers.
- Ø Create Overall Campaign Performance Dashboards as per different BUs and Industries using Power BI.
- · CRM (Salesforce) Management
- Ø Create Salesforce reports to consistently track updates to Contacts and Leads, ensuring data accuracy.
- Ø Build dashboards to highlight inactive records in the CRM database and propose corrective measures for their deletion.
- Ø Utilize Salesforce Inspector to identify redundant Contact/Lead Owners and update them with new entries, ensuring data accuracy for the campaign validation process.
- Ø Define and document key decision points in the lead lifecycle model.
- Ø Apply best practices in lead scoring to align marketing efforts.
- Ø Foster relationships with new leads to improve engagement.
- Ø Interpret lead activity logs for actionable insights.
- Ø Identify lead creation sources and optimize lead flow processes.
- · Elevating Stakeholder Experience
- Ø Lead the development and implementation of stakeholder journey maps, identifying key touchpoints and opportunities to enhance stakeholder experience across all stages.
- Ø Establish and manage a system for gathering and analysing stakeholder feedback, translating insights into actionable improvements for service delivery and communication.
- Ø Define and track key metrics to measure the effectiveness of client experience initiatives, reporting on progress, and identifying areas for continuous improvement.
- · Project Management
- Ø Lead end-to-end project management for process implementations and enhancements.
- Ø Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Ø Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Ø Monitor project progress, manage changes, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Ø Strong Understanding of Project management tools like ServiceNow, Monday.com
- Ø Track and report on project status, risks, issues, and outcomes using dashboards and reports.
Work Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore
The team
The USI BSO team at Hyderabad supports the Deloitte organization, supporting NSE with a wide variety of capabilities, such as financial reporting, HR and financial transaction processing, administrative services and helpdesk support, marketing, and IT services.
Qualifications Required:
• MBA or master’s degree in marketing, BTech/BE, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in tasks/Team management.
• 5 to 7 years of Hands-on experience with any marketing automation platforms. (Marketo, Eloqua, SFMC, etc.)
• Knowledge of any project management tool like Workfront, Asana, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.
• Marketo Certified Expert is highly preferred
• Proven expertise in marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, and campaign analytics.
• Skilled in analytics, with hands-on experience in data visualization and report creation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Good knowledge of HTML/CSS for email developments & Landing page customizations
- Proficient in PowerBi, SOQL, Salesforce Inspector, and related tools for deep data analysis.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to guide and mentor junior members of the team.
- Strong organizational skills demonstrated by the ability to organize and maintain several key responsibilities at once, while managing ad hoc requests.
