AI Strategic Growth Market Full-Stack Developer (Senior Analyst)
What You'll Be Doing:
The Artificial Intelligence Strategic Growth Market (AI SGM) is looking for a Full-Stack developer for designing, developing, and maintaining both the front-end and back-end components of our web applications. You will play a key role in implementing state-of-the-art AI technologies and work on building practical applications of these technologies, collaborating with stakeholders across the firm to build prototypes and apps. You will also proactively showcase live demos of R&D-built prototype applications to business stakeholders, to help foster the adoption of transformative technologies.
 
Specific activities to include:
 
  • Design, develop, and maintain web applications (front-end + back-end)
  • Create user-centric interfaces and experiences in collaboration with designers.
  • Develop responsive designs to ensure applications perform efficiently.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using modern programming languages and frameworks.
  • Implement and manage APIs and services to integrate front-end and back-end functionalities.
  • Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing version.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure continuous innovation.
  • Collaborate with team members through the entire software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
 What You'll Bring to the Table:
We are seeking a resource with strong technical background and following attributes:
  • Proficiency in Front-End Technologies:
    • HTML, CSS, JavaScript
    • Front-end frameworks like React, Angular
    • Responsive and adaptive design principles
    • Familiarity with Bootstrap, Materialize, or other CSS frameworks
  • Proficient in leveraging AI-first development environments (codex, claude code, etc.) and managing agentic workflows to accelerate SDLC
  • Experience in Back-End Development:
    • Server-side languages such as Node.js, Python
    • Database technologies like SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent
    • Knowledge of RESTful APIs
  • Version Control and Deployment:
    • Proficiency with Git and version control systems
    • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. (Preferably Azure) 
 
Qualifications
      • 3 – 6 years of professional experience in product development.
      • Graduation Degree (Engineering/Commerce)
      • Professional qualification (preferred):
        • Master’s degree in computer science/ information technology/ computer engineering or related field
      • Knowledge or certification in artificial intelligence, automation, semantic analytics, visualization technologies is a plus
 
Work Location: Hyderabad
Work Timings: 11am to 8pm
