Work you will do
As a Media – Motion Graphics Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in planning, producing, and editing video content that aligns with project objectives and Deloitte’s brand standards. You will:
Design innovative motion graphics for a wide range of video deliverables, including integrated overlays with live action and fully animated videos.
Collaborate with instructional designers and other team members to understand project scope and objectives.
Establish a clear understanding of the storyline and purpose for each video project.
Brainstorm and conceptualize ideas, producing concept sketches and initial storyboards for team feedback and approval.
Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions for motion graphics.
Perform basic video editing, including analyzing raw footage, trimming, sequencing, and integrating voice-over, sound effects, music, and graphics.
Ensure all work adheres to Deloitte brand style guidelines and team-specific project life cycles.
Manage time effectively, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
Conduct self-quality control and review work carefully before submission.
Experience: 2-6 Years
Location: Hyderabad
Work Timing: 11 a.m. – 8 p.m. (occasionally expected to work in a flexi-shift)
The team: Who you’ll work with
You will be part of the Learning Design Services (LDS) team in India, a group of creative professionals dedicated to designing and implementing impactful learning solutions. The LDS team collaborates with stakeholders to deliver instructionally sound eLearning courses, virtual instructor-led training (VILT), instructor-led training (ILT), and experiential learning programs. By leveraging emerging technologies and generative AI, the team ensures that learning experiences are innovative, efficient, and learner-centric, supporting the diverse needs of Deloitte’s workforce.
Qualifications and experience required:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Animation, Visual Communication, or Media.
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in videography and video editing for digital and social platforms.
Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating video shooting, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
Experience with Adobe Premiere and Audition for video and audio editing.
Knowledge of Blender is a plus.
Deep understanding of animation principles and easing.
Other Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold brand standards.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Professional demeanor and comfort in speaking with internal clients.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexible work style, able to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
