Analyst – Knowledge Services
Are you inclined to work across multiple cultures and in a virtual environment? Your role will require you to work with Deloitte practitioners and Knowledge Services leaders to harvest and publish content on our internal knowledge management portals for various business lines and industries.
Work you’ll do
As an Analyst, you will work in a highly collaborative environment and regularly connect with Senior Managers and Knowledge Services colleagues to develop/maintain knowledge repositories with specific intellectual properties. You will:
• Build an understanding of knowledge topics for creating a robust set of knowledge content collections
• Process and publish knowledge topics & content to the global knowledge management portal
• Organize and tag content as per the taxonomy to facilitate its retrieval within the knowledge management portal
• Follow established document workflow standards for publishing and processing content within the knowledge portal
• Compile content usage reports related to the knowledge portal
• Identify content gaps, derive insights and work with knowledge leaders for content optimization and relevant content acquisition
• Advise content managers to improve findability of newly created content
• Support targeted content acquisition efforts by engaging with global Deloitte practitioners across career levels
• Communicate with stakeholders for projects, including project planning, reporting
• Collaborate with subject matter specialists to build in efficiencies, design solutions
• Develop deep knowledge of aligned area and propose product or process improvement ideas
• Perform quality analysis of deliverables and provide guidance to improve on overall team quality
• Build relationships within organization, compile suggestions, and implement solutions for improving platform content and features
The team
Knowledge Services enables Deloitte practitioners to easily leverage the full breadth, depth, and quality of Deloitte’ capabilities in serving their clients. Knowledge Services professionals focus on a range of services including managing intellectual property, curating project experiences and insights, capturing and connecting proficiency, sustaining networks within and across teams, and enabling the leverage of third-party content.
Qualifications Required:
• Educational Qualification: MBA/PGDM – Marketing/Human Resources (60% or 6.5 GPA and above throughout; without any running backlogs)
• Familiarity with MS Office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to learn and use new processes and technology
• Good comprehension skills and attention to detail
• Effective problem-solving skills and can drive initiatives
• Self-motivated and strong team player
• Excellent analytical skills and communication skills (written, verbal, & presentation)
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build networks within the organization
• Be able to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency and deliver under tight deadlines • High energy and positive attitude with ability to deal with ambiguity
