Operational and Research Support – Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager

The Social Impact Group (SIG) operates within the Purpose and DEI Office, aiming to integrate and streamline Deloitte's social impact initiatives for enhanced scalability and community impact both nationally and locally. In this position, you will work closely with Deloitte professionals within the SIG and the Purpose and DEI Office, leveraging market research, data analysis, and insights to inform our social impact consultancy and eminence efforts.

Work you’ll do

Specific Operational and Research Support Responsibilities Include:

  • Conduct primary and secondary research and analysis and build visualizations and presentations (as necessary) in support of consultancy projects with social impact-focused businesses, philanthropies and nonprofits.

  • Support strategic initiatives such as business development and annual Social Impact Group strategy reviews and planning.
  • Work together with teams throughout the SIG to identify and research national and local nonprofits that align strategically, to aid in future investments and activation plans.
  • Provide portfolio and project management support for internal strategic projects and initiatives

·       Support planning and execution of SIG-wide projects and process documentation to drive operational efficiency and team building, as determined.

·       Aid ongoing internal projects and special initiatives to boost operational efficiency.

·       Perform additional duties as necessitated by the role's requirement

The team

Deloitte’s US Purpose and DEI Office (PDEIO) aims to consistently embed purpose and DEI in our organization to deepen the impact and change we are making to help build a more equitable society. Qualifications

Required:

  • ·       Proven expertise and experience conducting primary and secondary research and generating actionable insights from research findings (4-8 years); expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • ·       Proficiency in managing and analyzing data, with the capability to synthesize information and draw logical conclusions, coupled with strong reporting skills.
  • ·       Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • ·       Ability to use PPT or other Microsoft tools to create visually compelling communications, frameworks, charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively share insights.
  • ·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively present findings to diverse audiences.
  • ·       Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with experience in quality review. 
  • ·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; demonstrate initiative; and remain comfortable with ambiguity, as well as resilient in responding to changing organizational needs.
  • ·       Subject matter knowledge related to social impact-focused businesses, philanthropies, and nonprofits to contextualize data analysis and provide relevant insights, as well as a personal interest in education and workforce development, financial inclusion, and health equity.
  • ·       Rich experience in working with global and virtual teams.
  • ·       Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and advanced expertise in Excel analysis, including slicers, lookups, PivotTables, and macro creation.

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Timing: 11AM – 8PM, or, 2PM – 11PM
