Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect (ITSM, HRSD) who is responsible for the overall design, mapping of client business requirements and ensuring smooth project delivery. The role is required to work with stakeholders to assess current state processes and tools, identify ServiceNow platform solution options, define ServiceNow solution requirements, determine and define integration requirements, and develop overall architecture and implementation plans.
Role and Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the overall ServiceNow platform architecture, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry best practices.
• Lead the design of scalable and sustainable solutions, considering performance, security, and integration requirements.
• Provide technical leadership to a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow modules including ITSM, WSD, and HRSD, ensuring alignment with enterprise service management strategies.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical solutions, and optimize processes.
• Enforce governance standards, development best practices, and platform security protocols.
• Conduct regular platform health checks, monitor performance, and implement improvements.
• Stay informed about ServiceNow product updates and new features, recommending adoption strategies.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and data management policies.
Experience and Requirements:
• 10-13 years of experience in ServiceNow with at least 9+ years dedicating to ServiceNow platform architecture and solution design.
• Proven experience in implementing core ServiceNow modules: ITSM, HRSD, Custom Applications
• Strong technical skills in ServiceNow scripting languages and integrations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success in leading complex platform upgrades and multi-instance environments.
• Experience working in large-scale, multi-stakeholder enterprise settings.
Certifications:
ServiceNow certifications in CSA, CIS ITSM and CIS HRSD is must and any Scoped applications are strongly preferred.
ServiceNow CTA certification is preferable.
