Analyst – Salesforce Development - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Solutions Delivery-Canada is an integral part of the Information Technology Services group. The principle focus of this organization is the development and maintenance of technology solutions that e-enable the delivery of Function and Marketplace Services and Management Information Systems.

Solutions Delivery Canada develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies, SAP, Hadoop, ETL, BI and Lotus Notes. Solutions Delivery Canada has various groups which provide the best of the breed solutions to the clients by following a streamlined system development methodology. Solutions Delivery Canada comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.

Role Specific Responsibilities / Work you’ll do

  • Participate in design reviews and provide input to the design recommendations
  • Incorporate security requirements into design
  • Provide daily administration and support of applications within the ITS applications environment
  • Create technical documentation and contribute towards requirements design and estimation
  • Identify ideas to improve system performance and impact availability while resolving complex technical design issues
  • Troubleshoot complex errors and problems reported by QA, product owners, content owners, and end users while documenting how to resolve issues
  • Collaboratively work with product owners to integrate applications with Deloitte Canada portals and websites
  • Support application migrations of existing portals and sites
  • Prototype pages, sites, and workflows within Solutions Delivery environments
  • Configure workflow for Dev, QA, & Production environments
  • Participate in deployment & configuration of third-party tools
  • Perform system integration testing and analyze / report the results to pertinent teams
  • Identify / troubleshoot application code-related issues (provide 3rd level production support / issue resolution)
  • Review and provide feedback to the final user documentation
  • Adhere to technology disaster recovery procedures
  • Participate in and support cross technology process improvement initiatives
  • Work with Delivery Support to promote initiatives across Solutions Delivery

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

We manage a portfolio of enterprise scale applications and solutions used by practitioners in Canada. Offerings include Custom Development, Packaged Application Development, Application Architecture and Testing Advisory Services. Technologies include Business Analytics, Business intelligence, Cloud Development, Mobile, .Net, SharePoint, SAP HANA, Manual, Automated, and Performance testing.

Qualifications:

Essential

  • A Computer Science University degree and/or equivalent work experience
  • A strong commitment to professional client service excellence
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and demonstrated ability to work with others effectively in teams
  • Good verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent Analytical Skill

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 – 2.6 Years of experience in Salesforce application configuration & development.
  • Salesforce Lightning experience (Building lightning web components, SLDS and JavaScript)
  • Skills to understand the Business Problem and propose the best technical solution
  • Enterprise implementations of complex SFDC applications, with reports, workflow, working with several SFDC objects
  • Expertise in Lightning Web components [LWC], Apex, Triggers, Web Services, SOQL, JavaScript, and HTML
  • Develop and maintain, Force.com pages and integration to other third-party solutions.
  • Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc.
  • Strong communication, technical and virtual collaboration skills are a must
  • Experience working with Salesforce Lightning experience.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Salesforce Analytics is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce Mobile SDK.
