The Global Sales team is an integral part of the Global DTTL platform, tasked with ensuring consistency in sales practices, sharing best practices, and enhancing win rates on a global scale. Collaborating closely with designated Global Sales Leaders from various geographies and business units, the team is committed to executing strategic priorities that are typically high-impact and high-visibility, aligning with the overarching strategic objectives of the firm.
Overview of the role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives in both individual contributor as well as collaborative environments in different project magnitudes. Ideal candidates will possess 6+ years of professional experience with consulting, analytical, and communication abilities.
Work you’ll do!
The Global Sales – Sales Coaching and Deal Support Senior Consultant is a high visibility role supporting the Global Sales strategy by working with its leaders in developing, executing and accelerating business objectives through a collaborative, firm-wide approach. The position reports into the Sales Coaching & Deal Support team and serves as a key support function to the Global Sales leader more broadly.
Key responsibilities
Global Sales MDM Pursuit Enablement
- Support Global Sales and respective core team in developing and implementing various short-term and long-term strategies
- Strong knowledge of PMO operations
- Support operationalization and ensuring that Global strategic opportunities have the appropriate sales support and sales coaching
- Coordinate and track KPIs and metrics to demonstrate the impact of assigning Global Sales support to strategic opportunities
- Coordinate with key MF stakeholders to capture feedback and lessons learned
- Collaborate across the Global Sales team to help assess and prioritize strategic initiatives to best align with Deloitte's growth objectives
- Support strategic analysis and special projects that are aligned to leadership priority and result in direct marketplace impact
- Demonstrate solid project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly switch between workstreams
- Develop knowledge of the business and priority initiatives to enable sharing of insights, trends and escalation of issues/variances as appropriate
- Interact with other leaders as needed to shape analyses and prepare clear, concise and compelling executive-level presentations related to Global Sales initiatives and performance utilizing advanced storyboarding skills
- Lead the development and execution of leadership meetings; take ownership of agenda, meeting management, working with Global and local leadership teams to set logistics and coordinate appropriate objectives/materials with session leaders
- Help develop and implement processes to identify, assess, prioritize, structure, and solve operational issues related to driving consistent delivery of strategic programs and activities
- Demonstrate and apply solid knowledge of management frameworks
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to complete assigned tasks
- Drive the implementation of other strategic initiatives as needed

- Strong presentation and verbal and written communication skills, and experience communicating to, and working with, virtual teams, and senior leadership
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities; comfortable performing in a fast paced, dynamic environment; flexibility to manage projects across global time zones and adapt certain approaches to different cultures and working styles
- Ability to thrive in a complex and fast-paced environment with many competing priorities
- Experience executing strategic initiatives across multiple stakeholder groups
- Must possess the ability to handle highest level of confidential information
- Exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high impact initiatives
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
- Academic qualification: Master’s Degree like MBA
- Work experience: 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong track record with previous employment, preferably with consulting firms or corporate strategy
- Location: Hyderabad
- Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
- Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM and 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
