The Global Consulting Services (GCS) team works globally across practices and borders to support Deloitte’s Consulting business. The team is focused on offering our clients and people the global experience that’s essential in today’s world. Through the Global Consulting Services team, we provide innovative solutions for cross-cultural, cross-border challenges our teams may encounter around the world. The Global Sales team is an integral part of the Global DTTL platform, tasked with ensuring consistency in sales practices, sharing best practices, and enhancing win rates on a global scale. Collaborating closely with designated Global Sales Leaders from various geographies and business units, the team is committed to executing strategic priorities that are typically high-impact and high-visibility, aligning with the overarching strategic objectives of the firm.
Overview of the role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual who thrives in both solo and collaborative environments across the Deals Capture team. Deals Capture team is one of the pillars of the Global Sales Team. Ideal candidates will possess 4+ of professional experience with consulting, analytical, and communication abilities.
Work you’ll do
This role is of a core team member of the GCS Sales Team with Deals Capture pillar and responsible for support and enablement of global strategic deals providing engagement teams and stakeholder high quality services. This ranges from supporting the program lead on ad-hoc deliverables, regularly reporting to Global Leadership, and high-level communication with senior Deloitte members about Global Sales support.
Key responsibilities
Global Strategic Deals and Global Top 20 deals
· Tracking, maintenance and refreshing existing Global Top 20 deals deck and Global Strategic Deals deck. Also, tracking the status of these deals in consultation with member firms and various other pillars within the Sales team
· Ad hoc PowerPoint creation based on the available data of Global Top 20 deals deck and Global Strategic Deals deck
· Organizing and participating in Global Strategic Deals Program’s sales support member firm meetings and liaising with Deloitte stakeholder including capturing meeting minutes
· Organizing and supporting Multi-Disciplinary Model (MDM) Optimization calls (formerly known as Jackpot 2.0 calls)
Secondary responsibilities
Project and stakeholder management
· Experience working on PMO activities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Applications with basic level skills in MS Office
· Possesses solid project management skills, with the ability to seamlessly switch between different workstreams – comfortable working in an agile environment
· Demonstrate proficiency in project planning and implementation, while effectively managing multiple stakeholders within a matrix organization
Requisite core skills
· Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills, comfortable communicating to audiences at various levels
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often virtual environment, with strong multi-tasking and adaptability to changing priorities
· Excellent analytical thinker with a proven track record in planning and implementing global business programs
· Detail-oriented and organized with strong project management and critical thinking skills
· Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Qualifications, experience, work location, and timing
We are looking for a passionate, high energy, and self-motivated individual who is accustomed to working independently and collaboratively on small and large projects in a close-knit team.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 4+ years of experience, preferably in supporting sales functions for a global firm
- Location: Hyderabad
- Comfortable working with team members and stakeholders across geographies and time zones
- Work hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM and 02:00 PM – 11:00 PM (expected to be flexible with time zones)
- Working from office: The individual is expected to come to office at least 2 days a week as per the ‘work from office’ schedule
