ELE - OLE (Other Life Cycle Events) - Analyst
The key job responsibilities include the following:
The OLE team manages multiple employee programs end-to-end, covering both reimbursement
and non-reimbursement processes. This role owns operational execution, service delivery,
compliance with policy and controls, and stakeholder communication for programs including CPA
bonus (reimbursement and/or bonus payment processing), tuition reimbursement, GSAP,
sabbaticals, and experience verification letters.
US India Services
• Manage day-to-day operations for multiple employee programs.
• Ensure correct handling of reimbursement vs. non-reimbursement workflows, including
appropriate coding, audit trail, and documentation retention.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders (e.g., Talent/HR, Payroll,
compliance/risk partners, business leadership, and service centers as applicable).
• Track operational performance and provide regular reporting: volumes, cycle time, backlog,
error/rework rates, and escalation trends.
• Partner with upstream/downstream teams to resolve dependencies, clarify eligibility or policy
questions, and prevent repeat issues.
• Lead automation projects within the process
• Support audits and periodic reviews by producing evidence, metrics, and issue remediation
plans.
The key skills required are as follows:
1. 2-4 years of experience in fast paced full cycle HR related role.
2. 1-2 years Working experience on ServiceNow and SuccessFactors.
3. Knowledge on multiple HR process and track record in continually improving service delivery
outcomes.
4. Collaborative team player who demonstrates flexibility and can-do attitude as a lead for
motivated, high performing team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral.
6. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, able to manage and execute effectively on time
sensitive projects.
7. Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. MBA / HR Diploma an asset.
