U.S. India Enabling Areas
Enabling Areas (EA) at the U.S. India offices are the support arm of the organization and comprise several groups including Talent, Technology, Finance, Communications, Field Operations, etc. EA gives every client service business unit access to the best and brightest resources when it comes to support services. More specifically, EA enables the business units to solely focus on satisfying clients and developing new products and services to sustain competitive advantage, while they consolidate and standardize a diverse collection of systems, processes, and functions. The team provides a wide array of services to the U.S and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
About Service line
The Employee Life-Cycle Events (ELE) team supports the U.S and USI. Talent Acquisition Professionals in a variety of core activities. They manage end to end activities for the processionals, from Hire to Retire (Separations). Our team adheres to established firm standards for quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc. The team provides a wide array of services to the US and India professionals, and is continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.
As an ELE Compliance professional, you will engage with various teams and serve as a talent advisor. You will operate both independently and in collaboration with virtual teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding the client's requirements and supporting clients with various regulatory reporting requirements
- May create new solutions leveraging and where needed adapting existing methods and procedures.
- Coordinate with all the other team members internally and with other groups within ELE to drive for quality and SLAs on all deliverables.
- Prepare and manage internal documentation to meet SLA’s and quality standards
- Ensure that every professional has the Deloitte employee experience and continuously thrives to enhance it.
- Assist with internal quality assurance/compliance reviews
- Performs other related job duties as assigned.
Required
- 0-1 Years of experience in HR
- MBA HR or graduates with prior experience in Talent or related business processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Initiative and self-direction; works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues
- Excellent client service skills
- Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing, and multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
Preferred:
· Experience in working on cloud based applications like SAP HR, Taleo, Success Factor or other applications in HR / Talent
· Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company
· Relevant experience in business process reengineering, work body transitions, quality controls.
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); macro knowledge is a plus.
