Program Lead for Welcome to Deloitte – DLaunch (Senior Analyst/Analyst)

This role is part of the USI Learning Delivery team, and it is a client and stakeholder management position which requires excellent verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with a diversified group of internal clients at all levels.
What it involves
· Serving the USI Talent Learning and Development (L&D) team for the planning and delivery of Deloitte’s signature New Hire Orientation program called Welcome to Deloitte – DLaunch (W2D DLaunch).
· Facilitating the program to enable new hires to imbibe Deloitte’s shared values and assimilate various aspects of the Deloitte culture.
Work you’ll do
· The W2D DLaunch Program Lead is responsible for planning and conducting the new-hire orientation program at the Hyderabad location
· Perform all program-related tasks with accuracy and adherence to timelines.
· Preparation of W2D DLaunch calendar for the entire year and publishing it to all the stakeholders
· Manage logistics for the program, weekly / bi-weekly, including inventory management
· Venue/Training room booking to conduct the program for the entire year, based on the new hire orderboard
· Identify leaders to address the new hires for each session. Coordinate with other teams like Security, ITS etc to identify facilitators for their modules
· Responsible for all communications to new hires and other teams’ facilitators
· Facilitate all modules at the two-day live program and/or the one-day virtual program
· Work with the Development team to update and standardize the program content, when required
· Analyze feedback from evaluations on the W2D DLaunch program given by new hires and propose improvements
· Assist the team lead in tracking of invoices and budget requirements
· Periodic reporting of metrics - prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to be shared with the leadership and Development team
· Any other related requirements that may come up during the course of the above responsibilities.
Qualifications Required
· 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in L&D, Talent or related business processes
· Any graduate (BCom, BA, BSc, and BCA)
· Excellent communication and facilitation skills
· Excellent in interpersonal skills and ability to articulate well
Preferred
· Postgraduation (MBA in HR, MA, and MCom) is preferred
· Experience in Learning / HR in an MNC
· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook); macro knowledge is a plus
Shift Timings- 9AM- 6 PM/11 AM- 8 PM
