Industry Institute: Industry Institute addresses knowledge and skills development to enable business performance and the growth of our professionals in their clients’ industries and sectors. Industry Institute aims to serve professionals at all levels by partnering with Business and Industry stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and address ever evolving knowledge and skill needs in the marketplace as a competitive advantage.
Work you’ll do
Serve as a learning and development manager, designing, developing and delivering effective, leading-edge learning and development modules and programs that align with business, industry and learning and talent development strategy to achieve desired business outcomes. Responsibilities may include:
Leadership and Coaching
- Build, manage and leverage relationships with talent and business colleagues.
- Lead with excellence and foster high performance in a virtual environment.
- Manage, coach and support the success of junior team members within and across teams via formal and informal reporting relationships.
- Ensure national policies, programs and guidelines are followed and manage exceptions and escalations.
Design, Develop, and Maintain Industry Learning Resources
- Design, Develop, and maintain a curriculum of development experiences through collaboration with the Industry Institute Leadership Team, Industry and Business Portfolio managers, business leaders, and talent services.
- Support the design, and lead the development, evaluation, pilot and delivery of new learning development programs through collaboration with shared services.
- Use data to assess effectiveness of programs and to influence future development.
- Manage resources and budgets to ensure the effective delivery of curriculum, programs, and processes.
Collaboration and Innovation:
- Bring innovative learning solutions to the forefront.
- Partner with India Learning teammates and across the Development COE to share ideas, leverage work, and provide leading-edge development for the modern learner.
- Contribute to additional Talent and Firm initiatives aligned with individual strengths and goals as opportunities present.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 15 years of related professional experience
- Must be in Hyderabad or willing to relocate to Hyderabad.
- Ability to travel 20% - 30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
- Demonstrated, end-to-end project/program management experience: conception and initiation, planning, execution, performance/monitoring, and project close
- Strong command of Microsoft Office skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables:
- In Excel, aggregate and analyze operational data to identify insights and trends
- In PowerPoint, tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience; identify clear and actionable asks
- In Word, create clear, concise, professional communications and resources
- In Teams, effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders to maximize efficiency and version control
