Position Summary

Role: Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager, Deloitte Leadership and Human Potential (DLHP) – for Digital Experience portfolio aligned to Strategy and Operations team.

Location: Hyderabad

Role Overview

As a Digital Platforms and Experience Specialist, you will act as a strategic partner and consultative advisor for the DLHP leadership team and assist in development, management and day-to-day operations of digital learning platforms and websites and the experiences that create measurable value and impact for our people and the business. This role entails delivering state-of-the-art learning solutions through digital experiences for development initiatives across the DLHP team. The goal is to ensure that the team’s efforts align with the business’ strategic needs and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Facilitate Development of Learning Platforms:

  • Oversee the creation and enhancement of learning websites and platforms.
  • Implement workflow automations to streamline processes.
  • Develop measurements and analytics to assess platform performance.
  • Ensure platforms align with strategic business priorities for DLHP Portfolios.

·       Project Budget Management:

  • Manage and execute project budgets according to plan.
  • Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.

·       Risk Assessment and Management:

  • Collaborate with internal risk teams to complete necessary risk assessments.
  • Conduct ongoing risk management for internal sites to ensure compliance and security.

·       Performance Insights and Analytics:

  • Provide actionable insights on the performance of websites using analytics.
  • Utilize data to inform decisions and improve platform effectiveness.

·       Adobe Analytics Suite Management:

  • Manage the Adobe Analytics suite for continuous reporting on site performance.
  • Leverage analytics tools to track and report key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 4-5 years of comprehensive experience in digital learning, program management, and stakeholder engagement within the Learning & Development (L&D) field.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing learning platforms and websites.
  • Strong project management skills, with a focus on budget management.
  • Experience in risk assessment and management.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, particularly Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to provide data-driven insights to improve platform performance.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of workflow automation tools.
  • Experience in strategic planning and alignment with business priorities.
  • Familiarity with compliance and security standards for internal sites.
