Work you’ll do
As a member of the Personal Data Analytics team, you will be performing the following type of work:
Data analytics
· Contribute to the design, development and maintenance of ad hoc reports using Tableau, AWS QuickSight, MS Excel, MS Excel functions, pulling content from multiple systems and create Dashboards, Vizualizations and reports, lookups, pivot tables,Macros.
· Learn advanced Tableau/AWS QuickSight techniques and other technologies through available self-learning resources and guidance from the team and apply them to the work product.
· Data analysis and reporting on relevant topics as required.
· Participate in user acceptance testing to analyze output generated from systems under development
Other Technical Support
· Perform activities such as compliance tracking, metrics analysis, research internal and external websites, and reporting and contribute to special projects as needed.
· Ensure individual compliance procedures and policies are followed and documented appropriately.
· Support Manager(s), Assistant Manager and the team in the personal data analytics group including maintenance activities and operate the defined processes based on manuals and guidance.
The team
The Personal Data Analytics team is responsible to assist Risk and Brand Protection teams with technical solutions to support the Deloitte U.S. Firms’ compliance with various Regulators.
In Hyderabad, the Personal Data Analytics team is part of the Risk & Brand Protection (R&BP) group within the Enabling Areas which is responsible for certain strategic, regulatory, risk and compliance driven operations. These operations include assistance in the areas of independence of the firm, its Partners and its employees along with managing risk and maintaining databases which complement compliance monitoring functions.
Qualifications
· MCA/B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc(Data Analytics)/M.Sc(Data Analytics)
· At least 2-3 years of experience in Data Analytics
· Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Tableau are required which includes writing complex calculations in Tableau, using Tableau Prep for Data engineering and Data mining and creating interactive dashboards.
· Prior experience with AWS Quicksight is considered an asset.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and its analytical functions.
· Experience with SQL queries for ad-hoc reporting (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or Access) skill is a plus for our projects.
· Attention to detail, a commitment to data accuracy, and a passion for discovering actionable insights.
· Candidates should also be comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting to evolving project requirements.
· Write Functional/ Analytical Specification documentation using Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.,
· Data Analytics certifications or coursework is a plus for our projects.
· Ability to quickly learn new technologies.
· Proficient in written and verbal communications.

Shift Timing: 2 PM to 11 PM
