Sr. Analyst - DDI Operations - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited
The DDI Operations Engineer will be responsible for the operational management and maintenance of DNS, DHCP, and IP Address Management (IPAM) systems. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in DDI operations, demonstrating expertise in subnetting, IP range management, and DNS server administration.
Work you’ll do

Configure and manage DNS servers, including zone files and DNS records.

Monitor DNS performance and troubleshoot DNS-related issues.

Ensure DNS security and implement best practices for DNS management.
?
Perform regular audits and updates to DNS configurations.
?
Configure and manage DHCP servers to ensure efficient IP address allocation.
?
Monitor and troubleshoot DHCP-related issues to maintain network stability.
?
Maintain DHCP scopes and reservations, ensuring optimal IP address utilization.
?
Maintain and update IP address inventories, ensuring accurate documentation.
?
Implement IP address allocation strategies and manage IP address space efficiently.
?
Utilize IPAM tools to track and document IP address assignments and changes.
?
Design and implement subnetting strategies to optimize network performance.
?
Manage IP address ranges and ensure efficient utilization of IP space.
?
Document and maintain network topology and IP address assignments.
?
Perform regular audits of IP address usage and make recommendations for improvements.
?
Provide operational support for DDI-related incidents and service requests.
?
Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure seamless integration of DDI services.
?
Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical DDI infrastructure.
?
Maintain comprehensive documentation of DDI configurations, processes, and procedures.
?
Generate regular reports on DDI performance, utilization, and incidents.
?
Provide recommendations for improvements based on analysis of DDI metrics. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 3-5 years of experience in DDI operations, specifically with DNS, DHCP, and IPAM. • Strong understanding of subnetting, IP range management, and DNS server administration. • Hands-on experience with DDI management tools and technologies. • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and documentation skills. • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, Infoblox Certified) are a plus.
Work location: Hyderabad (Currently working in Hybrid Model – Professional should work from Hyderabad Location)
Shift Timings: 7AM-4PM/11-8PM/2-11PM

In addition the team develops and maintains solutions built on varied technologies like Siebel, PeopleSoft Microsoft technologies and Lotus Notes. following a streamlined system development methodology and comprises of groups like Usability, Application Architecture, Development and Quality Assurance and Performance.
