About Team Demand Gen CoE :

We enable lower funnel marketing activities to bring marketing and sales closer together.

• Build and maintain automated lower funnel execution capabilities through tools, technologies, processes, and people

• Provide external demand sensing capability to marketing and sales through intent data, to help expand client relationships by better understanding their needs and tracking their interests

• Assist campaign teams in identifying leads that meet defined criteria for further engagement and prepare for handoff to sales/account teams

Work you will do :

We are recruiting a senior analyst expert in business process management and visualization for our Client and Marketing Organization group. The role involves analyzing structured and unstructured data to uncover research answers, managing the new intent data capability, and developing processes and training materials. The individual will field questions from marketing and sales teams, use intent data to inform strategies and demonstrate both technical and business acumen. We seek motivated individuals eager to understand our business, address key challenges, and leverage data and technology to meet objectives.

• Work closely with marketers, strategists, and stakeholders to identify business challenges and design effective, data-driven solutions.

• Utilize Tableau to create intuitive and impactful visualizations, making data accessible and understandable to non-technical stakeholders.

• Increase data visibility for teams (Marketers, account managers, customer success managers), enabling them to leverage data for strategic decision-making

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather market intelligence using ZoomInfo

• Ability to work in a matrixed organization and prioritize projects.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to build rapport with clients and persuasive skills to promote and defend the design concept for the problem.

• Basic understanding of user experience principles, to recommend and develop clear and logical flow in a dashboard/report.

Skillsets required:

At least 3-5 years of experience in SQL and Data visualization

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data integration from multiple sources.

• Experience in BI development with a strong focus on Tableau.

• Proficient in utilizing ZoomInfo or similar platform for sourcing and gathering business contact information.

• Manage and maintain relationships with intent data providers, ensuring data quality and accuracy.

• Strong knowledge of keyword research to business topics and ability to derive insights on structured keyword grouping performance.

• Strong computing, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Experience working on enterprise-scale data warehouse.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (MS Excel and PowerPoint)

• Excellent business written & oral communication skills.

• Good Client management and relationship-building abilities

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.

• Master's degree is a plus (reputed institutes preferred):

MBA (Good to have)
