We enable stakeholders to tell their business impact stories through data-driven insights. We provide end–to-end solutioning across the data to insights journey
•Partner with stakeholders to identify their business needs and provide technical/analytical solutions
•Provides end-to-end support around database management, data visualization, data science, data reporting and technology development
•Generate insights out of data and provide actionable recommendations to business
•Provide dedicated support to manage integrity of processes, tools, and databases
Work you will do
As an Analyst you’ll use your data management and analytical skills to:
•Data Management and Cleansing:
•Establishing data management standards, procedures and best practices while data cleansing
•Ability to use research tools (in house and third party) to review client profiles and make the appropriate edits at the source.
•Data Reporting:
•Ability to handle large datasets and present reports which is easy to comprehend the client’s requirements.
•Report and administration of sales-related metrics to assist stakeholders in making decisions
•Understand end-to-end sales process and experience in supporting the sales CRM system
•Evaluate the sales qualified lead scores.
•Data Quality and integrity:
•Ensure utmost data quality is met while working on internal client requirements asper given schedule/turnaround time.
•Ensure accuracy SLAs are constantly met
Skillsets & experience required:
•1 to 3 years of experience.
•Good knowledge in MS-Excel
•Good presentation and communication (verbal and written) skills
•Logical thinking with analytical expertise.
•Experience on Salesforce or any CRM tool would be an added advantage.
•Experience on using market research tools like BoardEx, Hoovers and social media tools - LinkedIn would be preferable.
•Basic knowledge on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) data such as organic search traffic via optimization of focus keywords, meta text and content engagement
•Ability to stay motivated while working on monotonous tasks and sharing inputs that can help streamline processes
Qualifications requirements:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. Master’s degree not mandatory
A successful candidate will also have the following preferred skills:
•A self-starter and strong team player with highly developed personal and professional ethics
•Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
•Good behavior and attitude to work and learn new processes will cut an edge over others
