Resource Management – Senior Analyst

Work you’ll do
As an RM professional, a Senior Analyst gets an opportunity to use various tools for scheduling, data management. They continuously engage in conversations with their stakeholders to understand the project pipeline, skills requirements and open needs to provide insights into issues concerning capacity and deployment, thus enabling effective management of resources for US, Global Member firms & USI. They connect with the professionals to determine their competencies, goals and interests. RMs offer critical advice to the business leadership around demand & supply management, industry and market trends and application to the current functional processes:
Your key responsibilities include:
As a Senior Analyst - Resource Management, you will work directly with the business and own responsibility for a particular unit within a Service Line or Location or as defined by the FSS. You will own the business metrics for this group operationalize RM strategy for them. Some of the key deliverables will be
• Plan and execute processes around Availability & Bench Management, Collaborating with Staffing Managers for Demand-Supply and Demand-Supply gap management.
• Own governance and review of all RM parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics Data Research, Analysis & Reconciliation.
• Build a network of Business specific Leaders, Managers. Conduct regular practitioner connects to have deep understanding of ground dynamics
• Conflict Management of schedules, smooth rollover planning.
• Understanding key skills and processes used in the Business and market trends. Assess and judge competence level of practitioner of the Businesses.
• Partner and build relationships with Business leadership and practitioners & with the required Talent teams/stakeholders.
• Help build a learning focused, passionate and solution-oriented team.

Resource Management Organization (RMO) plays a key role to ensure the best alignment of practitioners with right skillsets to the right engagements at the right time. The RMO processes are designed to balance
client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals. RMO team culture is open and encourages collaboration and supports team members to innovate and take initiatives which help them take ownership of their careers and build their own eminence. From structure standpoint, the Resource Management Organization (RMO) is divided into 2 clear streams: o Staffing support to US India Offices - RM Team o Processes and Information System support for US & US India offices - RMIS Team
Qualification Required
• Postgraduate in any stream
• Total Experience of 4-6 years and minimum relevant experience of 4 years in Resource Management capacity
Work Location - Hyderabad
Shift Timings - 2:00 to 11:00pm
Preferred:
• MBA in HR
• MS Excel and MS Project experience
