Executive Manager – Operational Lead, Office of the GT&L Leader

The Office of the Global Tax & Legal Leader team acts as a strategic enabler, driving executive decision-making and coordinating the network around globally relevant priorities. This role will provide great exposure and opportunity to engage with our global leaders as you play a key part in important governance processes, helping to set and drive forward our global strategy, building a broader network and building executive presence. It offers a unique opportunity to make a tangible impact on GT&Ls strategic initiatives as you collaborate across diverse teams and leverage your strong project management, communication, and relationship-building skills to drive effective outcomes.

What you’ll do

Strategic Project Execution & Support:

·      Provide dedicated support to GT&L Leader’s Office, and by extension the GT&L Leadership Teams, including assisting with Executive meeting arrangements, preparatory work, and follow up and action tracking.

·      Proactively manage and drive broader governance processes to facilitate smooth and effective network collaboration.

·      Manage the execution of select strategic projects, including tracking, coordination, and stakeholder management.

·      Support specific initiatives within globally prioritized offering areas as needed, contributing to their successful implementation.

Collaboration & Relationship Management:

·      Build and nurture strong relationships with peers across Global teams, including Office of the CEO and other Global Businesses, as well as Member Firm teams.

·      Build and maintain a strong network within Global Tax & Legal and across Tax and the global firm to enhance the effectiveness of your work and foster collaboration.

Meeting & Event Planning & Facilitation:

·      Contribute to the design, planning, and execution of impactful leadership meetings, including those of the GT&L Leadership and Extended Leadership teams. This includes:

§  Supporting agenda development and creating compelling materials.

§  Ensuring effective action tracking and follow-up.

§  Curating meeting and event preparation materials.

§  Coordinating logistics, communications, and presentation support across contributing teams.

Project Management & Communication:

·      Track strategic priority and project status, risks, and issues, ensuring timely communication to relevant stakeholders.

·      Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations to effectively communicate project updates, insights, and recommendations.

Process Optimization:

·      Design and implement efficient processes for the timely delivery of regular reports and deliverables.

·      Work effectively with minimal supervision, demonstrating strong time management skills and the ability to independently manage priorities and workload.

·      Manage team collaboration tools and virtual team engagement, looking for opportunities for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong competence in the following areas:

·        Enthusiastic self-starter with a can-do attitude and ability to deliver a consistent high level of performance

·        Forward thinking and proactive attitude with a keen focus on innovation – open to new ideas

·        Exceptional attention to detail and willing to work in a demanding and results-oriented global business environment with frequently changing priorities

·        Collaborative with proven ability to work with and gain support and commitment from others – even without formal authority – and build relationships

·        Consultative mindset and the ability to advise leadership on relevant insights to enhance strategy

·        Ability to communicate clearly & effectively with leadership (PPMDs).

·        Analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills; ability to structure, organize and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful strategic insights

·        Highly articulate with superior interpersonal and presentation abilities, together with excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to use grammatically correct, clear, and neutral language to convey the message in a logical and concise manner

·        Ability to work under strict deadlines, prioritize and multitask work assignments, take ownership of deliverables in a fast-paced environment, and adhere to strict internal quality assurance processes

Education Qualification:

Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: Total: 12 – 15 yrs

Location – Hyderabad

Shift Timings – 11 am to 8 pm
