Assistant Manager – BSA- Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

BSA will be responsible for Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and operational needs. should have strong analytical and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

With 5-10 years of hands-on experience developing applications leveraging the following skills.

·       Experience in full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from association with end-users for requirements determination, defining the system scope, system analysis, Business Case Development to Rollout Production, testing, maintenance, and documentation.

·       Adhering to Agile or SAFe methodology and working with scrum teams in developing a Confirmation platform by prioritizing the requirements and ensure that a meaningful, continuous delivery is achieved.

·       Break down of the high-level requirements provided by the client into BRD and creating user stories and acceptance criteria for clear understanding of the key requirements.

·       Responsible for documenting and having the business requirements signed-off from the stake holders.

·       Workshops with stakeholders and Project team to make sure the design is user friendly, resolve issues relating to requirements, testing, defect tracking and run calls across all regions.

·       Managing Sprint backlog, requirements, and creating the Validation Plan

·       Ensure stakeholders are closely managed and informed about requirements, test preparation, readiness, risks, progress, and issues.

·       Manage UAT execution, post go-live support, issue tracking and resolution.

·       Effective communication over Emails/Calls/chats with external and internal clients and/or stakeholders

·       Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries

Qualifications

·       Bachelor of Engineering/ Bachelor of Technology

·       6-9 years’ experience in a similar role and Enterprise organisation.
