Work you’ll do
- Practitioners with a passion for helping clients solve complex Finance, Supply Chain, and IT challenges will be brought together under one group. This enables professionals to interact with and learn from their colleagues who understand the specific challenges that exist in each domain.
- Practitioners can further their skill development and grow their careers while working across the Advice, Implement, and Operate spectrum.
- Play an active role requirement gathering workshops, fit-gap analysis, assisting in conference room pilots (CRP), providing training to business users.
- Hands-on configuration, functional design and configuration, support tech development, building test scripts, conducting application testing.
- Work with global teams / Work independently in virtual teams
- Attend training programs in latest technologies, learn and deploy on the job.
- Provide technology mentoring for the junior resources.
- Participate in day-to-day project meetings and share their issues/discussions
- Attend various career development trainings
- Participate in various firm level initiatives.
Oracle Offering (O2)
Our Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice provides services from ERP and Cloud Strategy, through Business Transformation and Applications Implementation, to Operate and Cloud Release Management. We modernize our client’s business and core environments to leverage technology innovations around Cloud, Digital, Mobility and Social Collaboration. We help our clients address digital transformation by designing modern applications and industry specific solutions to deliver outcomes that improve flexibility, scalability and cost management. Oracle ERP products include Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards.
Required & Preferred Qualifications
- Professional with 3 to 6 years of experience in JDE Distribution & Logistics worked as a team member on implementation / support projects
- A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience implementing JDE Inventory Management, Procurement, Sales Order Management and Warehouse Management. Knowledge on other integrating modules in a plus
- Deep knowledge on SD/OD, ST/OT and SK/OK is a desirable
- Should have independently worked on data conversions and designing interfaces with boundary applications
- Demonstrated experience as a in key design and build activities such as gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, driving design workshops, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional design and configuration, testing, participation in cutover etc.
- Experience working with North American clients is a plus
- Exposure to onsite-offshore model is a must
- Should possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
- Experience leading an entire work stream is a plus
- Process expertise with respect to at least one industry sector is preferred
- A Bachelor/Masters’ degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Accounting
