AJO Senior Developer
Responsibilities:
· Provide technical expertise in AJO and other adobe experience platform products such as AEP, RTCDP, CJA and AEM.
· Connect with the marketing team to understand business requirements, document them and convert them into technical requirements for campaigns & journeys creation.
· Build, configure, orchestrate, and publish campaigns and customer journey workflows in Adobe Journey Optimizer based on business requirements.
· Configure and test Adobe Journey Optimizer campaigns and workflows to ensure accurate targeting, and messaging.
· Provide the best possible solutions to any technical issues in AJO and Other Adobe Experience Platforms.
· Responsible for subdomain, and channel configuration in AJO.
· Configure offers, collections, decisions leveraging Offer Decision Management and Experience Decisioning.
· Deployment of campaigns and customer journey across different environments.
· Create technical documentation, specifications, and project artifacts for technical development.
· Work closely with Quality Assurance team to ensure accurate deliverability.
Required Qualifications:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience in any marketing automation tools (Adobe Campaign Classic, Adobe Campaign Standard, SFCM etc.)
· 1+ years of implementation experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe experience platform.
· Good understanding of business domains, data models and marketing campaigns.
· Strong technical Expertise in deploying, configuring, and optimizing all AJO features and capabilities.
· Ability to create rules and conditional logics to build complex journeys based on customer attributes and behaviors.
· Strong ability to configure external data source, events, and custom actions.
· Must be familiar with REST API calls.
· Strong ability to effectively work across the organization with line of business and technology colleagues.
· Strong implementation coordination and communication skills.
