Our recruiters are responsible for acting as a counselor to the business, understanding its needs and building strategic relationships with campuses and other relevant stakeholders for fulfilling them.
Work you’ll do: As a campus recruitment professional, you will deliver best-in-class candidate experience to acquire top talent. You will partner with the Recruiting Managers to execute the Campus Recruiting Strategy. Ensure the collective local and vital strategic school campus recruiting programs are established and implemented to enable and hire the quality and quantity of graduate and undergraduate candidates set by firm and national leadership.
Role Description: An Assistant Manager supports the execution of Campus Recruiting Strategy. Assists the team in effectively planning and conducting the recruiting events.
Key Job responsibilities are as below (but not limited to):
Tactical Advising
Gather data for campus analysis to aid the hiring plans
Assist in planning and deciding on the school list based on offer targets for the recruiting season
Collate branding needs from all relevant stakeholders and share with campus leads
Recruiting
Deliver presentations during career fairs and campus events
Assist in sourcing candidates through Training and Placement officer (TPO), existing campus connects and solicit applications
Review resumes, conducting calls, partner with designated business professionals to select candidates, interview and offer management, overseeing candidate processes and fostering relationships
Recommend and align approved compensation bands at a candidate's career level/school/tier
Partner with Coordination team to ensure candidate information accuracy and update candidate status in the recruiting tool through offer generation and release
Execute events which involve external professionals (e.g., dean summit, TPO connects)
Create, conduct recruiting events, maintain complete inventory of events and interviewer details to track success of events and analyze the effectiveness of the events in the recruiting management tool
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, onboarding, Talent Business Advisors, Learning and Development (L&D), resource management throughout the campus recruiting lifecycle
Track and maintain intern performance data to inform future conversion decision
Handle data reporting/auditing and ensure data integrity, compliance and data integrity across recruiting systems
Managing Relationships
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, onboarding, Talent Business Advisors (TBAs), Learning and Development, resource management throughout the campus recruiting lifecycle
Partner and collaborate with aligned Coordination team to execute campus recruitment responsibilities and respond to routine inquiries from external applicants and colleges
Foster ongoing university and student organization relationships, visiting university staff and officials, acting as the designated point of contact/brand ambassador for Deloitte recruitment
Coordinate and collaborate with all other teams to strategize around onboarding, training, communication, compliance and reporting
People Management
Guide and help resolve queries for the team members
Execute the training of new hires on roles and responsibilities/new processes and help troubleshoot questions
Experience and Desired Skills/ Capabilities:
MBA in HR or Equivalent Degree
7-9 years of Talent Acquisition experience
Excellent stakeholder management skills
Ability to interpret internal data and marketplace insights
Knowledge of domain, market, current trends and recruiting tools and technologies
Experience in recognizing opportunities for efficiency and process improvements
Excellent analytical ability, communication and problem solving skills
Good story boarding and presentation skills
