Technology CoE offers innovative solutions that enable CMG to execute with agility, drive closed-looped marketing, and achieve operational excellence; optimizes data, tools, people, and process.

  • Partners with various CMG channels to deliver data-driven insights in the form of dashboards/reports, which help make informed decisions
  • Provides end-to-end support around database management, reporting, and maintenance activities
  • Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and reporting

Work you will do

Your responsibilities and role demand:

  • Design and develop integration solutions using MuleSoft
  • Develop and implement reusable components, frameworks, and libraries
  • Integrate various systems, applications, and data sources using MuleSoft
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and standards
  • Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure quality and performance
  • Debug and resolve issues related to integration and API development
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integration solutions
  • Monitor and maintain integration solutions to ensure reliability and performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing integrations.
  • Ensure integration solutions adhere to security best practices and compliance requirements.
  • Implement security measures such as authentication, authorization, and encryption.
  • Track and report on project progress and deliverables.
  • Ensure timely delivery of integration solutions within scope.

Skills & Experience required:

  • 3 to 5 years of experience with data integrations using MuleSoft
  • Experience with query languages (e.g. any variant of SQL)
  • Experience on API and how an integration can be leveraged to achieve the desired outcome
  • Previous project experience integrating CRM's (like Salesforce) system is a plus
  • Proven track record to support technology driven programs, deliver on commitments and achieve operational excellence
  • Awareness of current technology capabilities, trends, and innovation opportunities
  • Good understanding of relational database dimensional modeling concepts and data warehousing experience.
  • Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, as well as part of a team.
  • Detail oriented with strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.

In addition, successful candidates will also have the following preferred skills:

  • Ability to work independently, manage small engagements or parts of large engagements
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

Work Location: Hyderabad

Work Timings: 2 pm to 11 pm
