- Partners with various CMG channels to deliver data-driven insights in the form of dashboards/reports, which help make informed decisions.
- Provides end-to-end support around database management, reporting, and maintenance activities.
- Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and reporting.
Work you will do
As an Adobe Workfront System Administrator/Consultant, your role will involve delivering business solutions to our internal stakeholders through helpdesk tickets, mini-implementation projects, and various initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and fostering innovation both within the sub-team and across the entire team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing helpdesk tickets by delivering resolutions that adhere to our team's quality standards and SLAs.
- Collaborating with SMEs by shadowing them to learn the processes.
- Actively participating in team calls and contributing ideas or feedback on general efficiency or specific projects.
- Ensuring that deliverables consistently meet quality standards.
- Creating reports in Workfront based on stakeholder requirements.
- Customizing the Workfront instance according to stakeholder needs. This includes developing custom forms, layout templates, access levels, creating and managing users in Workfront etc.
- Being available to address stakeholder queries through tickets or meetings.
- Collaborating with teams within Technology CoE or CMG in a consultative role to demonstrate the benefits of the tool.
- Planning and conducting training sessions on tool navigation.
- Performing data governance activities to maintain a clean and organized instance.
- Supporting team members during busy periods by sharing the workload.
- Proactively reaching out to leads or team members to learn processes and deliver on them.
- Acting as the support lead on implementation projects by managing the project, taking meeting notes, setting up the project plan in Workfront, and collaborating with team members.
Skills & Experience required:
- 1-4 years of experience working in Adobe Workfront.
- Positive, self-motivated, and a go-getter attitude.
- Ability to translate business asks into technical requirements.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and gather requirements.
- Experience in working on Agile methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage small engagements or parts of large engagements.
- Creating and maintaining an environment within the team that is amicable and collaborative.
Educational Requirements:
- B. Tech/B.E.
- Professional qualification (reputed institutes preferred):
- MBA (a plus)
